As they arrived at the airport, Ram gently guided Priya out of the car, his hand reassuring as they navigated the busy terminal. Priya's heart raced with nerves as they approached the private jet. The idea of flying on a private jet for the first time, especially with Ram so close, made her even more anxious.

Ram, on the other hand, was calm and confident as he led her up the steps to the aircraft. The flight attendants greeted them with warm smiles, and Priya couldn't help but be struck by the jet's luxurious interior. Soft leather seats, plush carpets, and elegant decorations made the cabin feel incredibly opulent.

As they settled into their seats, Priya's unease lingered. She glanced at Ram, trying to read his mood, but his face was a blank slate.

"Are you okay?" Ram's voice broke through her anxious thoughts, and Priya looked at him, surprised by the genuine concern in his tone.

"I'm fine," she replied, forcing a small smile. "I'm just a little nervous about the journey."

Ram reached out and gently squeezed her hand, his touch sending a shiver down her spine. "Don't worry, Priya. I'll be right here with you every step of the way."

Despite herself, Priya felt a flicker of warmth at his words. She knew that she shouldn't let her guard down around him, but there was something about the sincerity in his voice that touched her.

As the jet taxied down the runway and took off into the sky, Priya couldn't help but feel a sense of anticipation building within her. She didn't know what lay ahead on this journey with Ram, but she was determined to keep an open mind and see where it led.

Little did she know, their honeymoon would be filled with unexpected twists and turns, challenging their perceptions of each other and ultimately bringing them closer together in ways they never imagined possible. But for now, as they soared through the clouds towards their destination, Priya could only wonder what adventures awaited them on this journey of marriage and discovery.

Ram sat on the beach, scooping up handfuls of sand and letting it fall between his fingers. He'd never thought that his honeymoon would be filled with so much damn introspection, but here he was, sitting alone on the beach, watching the sun setting over the water, and thinking about how he'd never screwed up anything as badly as he'd screwed up his marriage to Priya.

After one week in paradise, he hadn't gotten any further with her than when they first arrived. He'd taken her to one of his favorite places in the world, the Maldives. Being rich had afforded him the luxury of visiting many different places, and he definitely thought the Maldives was heaven on earth. Ram owned a property in the Maldives that he'd never shared with anyone else. He liked his privacy and space, but he'd wanted Priya to share it with him. He thought that the relaxation might do her good. Even if it just meant her sitting on the beach day in and day out,

To be fair, at the time he'd also been thinking about him and Priya sipping cocktails, watching the sunset, and perhaps skinny dipping. That was before he knew he would have to threaten her to get her to walk down for the marriage. He sipped at the glass in his hand.

After the wedding, she'd had something akin to a breakdown. She'd called him morally bankrupt and a controlling egomaniac. Normally he didn't give a damn what anyone thought of him, but he hated that Priya thought he was those things.

He'd done things he regretted before; he'd made mistakes, but never one like this. Blackmailing Priya was about the worst thing he'd ever done, and now it looked as if she intended to make him pay for a very long time. She was miserable, and he, in turn, was miserable.
