First off Lorenzo's mum is Delphine but for the sake of keeping it during the book's actual times I'm changing it to Bellatrix Lestrange :). It's taken in todays time and not in the 1980's/90's. Also there are some things I took from the actual book (like typed the book up into here) so all of that goes to the OG author :))
Anyways now it'll start:
It was my first day of 5th year- I hopped onto the train, making my way through the crowd of students. You don't know who I am- I'm Haven Potter. As many people say (this is my best friends description of me) I have long and silky brown hair- a button nose, freckles spread from cheek to cheek, and wide brown eyes like a deer. Anyways- I kept pushing my way to our usual booth- trying to find my best friend Hermione Granger.
"Haven!" Hermione said, "I've looked everywhere for you!"
"Didn't look hard enough," she laughed, sitting down, "How's your summer been?"
"Stressful," Hermione told her, "In a good way."
Haven understood what she meant- for the past few weeks, her brother Harry had almost gotten expelled because he used magic outside of school. She thought it was the most stupid thing ever but was told not to get involved because she would be put in danger. They said because I was younger- it put me more at risk of not knowing how to defend myself. I thought it was rubbish since I was moved up an entire year- but listened anyway, spending the summer at Professor Lupin's house. Over time I was left alone while Harry was being put in a trial. Luckily, he didn't lose and got his rights back.
But, the last year had affected both of us. I and Harry had both seen Cedric Diggory die- but Haven showed her grief more than Harry did.
"I heard," I said back, "Harry gave me quite a fright there."
Hermione nodded, "It's insane- they couldn't even do that it wasn't allowed!"
"Haven, when did you get here?" Harry asked, giving her a tight hug, "You got here safe, right?"
I nodded, "No scratches or anything."
"Good," Harry smiled, "Sirius says hello and apologizes that he couldn't see you face to face a lot."
"It's okay," I told him, "We'll hopefully see a lot more of him soon."
"Haven you're here!" Ron said as he entered the carriage, "Sad that I didn't see you earlier."
I looked at Harry, "Someone didn't let me go."
"Not me- it was the adults who decided," Harry said, lifting his arms, "We all wanted you to be there Haven."
"Yeah, yeah," I said.
Just as I said that another boy walked by us. Harry glared at him, as the boy just smirked and strolled off.
"Lorenzo Berkshire," Harry sighed, "A lost cause."
Lorenzo was Bellatrix Lestrange's son- and was abandoned by both her and his father. He had curly dark brown hair and wide, brown eyes. He had soft features- and was quite tall- 6'2 to be exact. Lorenzo was known to have a reputation- he was smart but hated school, didn't like many people, and was known to hate Harry Potter.
I didn't believe when Harry said he only hated him because of his father- I thought he hated him because Lorenzo was only bored. Harry and Lorenzo had a feud since they'd met, but somehow it was a lot worse than Harry and Draco's issues.
"No one is a lost cause," Haven said, "I don't believe in that."
Hermione laughed, "You're too nice sometimes Haven- I mean it's Lorenzo."
