Rain Lillies

It's pouring and the sky is all gloomy and cloudy. The perfect weather. The car is now going considerably slow, probably cause they misread the gps or something (I honestly don't know how my parents can  even achieve that). I already slept through most of  the ride and I would sleep more if it was up to me but I know my parents would bring this up over and over again later on so I better not.

"Omg we're here, look we are passing through the neighbourhood now!",

"Oh really? I thought we were still in london" I roll my eyes at the stupid comment my brother just made.
He starts saying random crap to argue back and start a fight with me but I simply put my headphones back on and look outside the car window.

"What's that Coco? I can't hear ya", I say (slightly loud cause of the headphones I'm wearing) clearly emphasizing the fact that I'm ignoring him.
He eventually gives up and goes back to doing his own thing.

I press on the song sweater weather and lean my  head against the windowsill. From a distance there seems to be a person jogging on the side walk, as they get closer I can now tell that they're a boy and he seems to be covering himself from the harsh pouring rain by holding a bag on top of his head.
Time seems to stop as he now jogs past my window, I can properly see his features now and he is...he is...beautiful. It's hard to describe how beautiful he is because, well. He's out of this world.

He flashes a smile at me as he jogs by but I'm too stunned to even react (I know I'll regret that later on).
He has light brown curly hair that falls delicately over his face and he seems to be slightly short from a distance, he also has light mixed skin and soft facial features. His eyes are very dark and his lips are slightly glossy.

He looked so serene in the rain. His beautiful curly hair wet but not soaked due to the bag. His cheeks were stained with rain drops and his eye lashes glittered. I was mostly paying attention to his face but I remember that his light blue sweater was wet and so was the white shorts he wore.

"We're here!", My mom points out which snaps me out of my train of thoughts.
God I'm such a creep. I literally spent I don't know how long thinking about this random ass guy I just literally glanced at. Enough about him, I should focus on the fact that I just moved here from a whole ass different continent. Not that I care but I should at least acknowledge it.

This is it. My new beginning. I can't think of a more cliché thing to say.
