"WOW, all these creatures look so majestic, no?" you questioned bachira with a enthusiastic smile on your face.
"uh-huh..they may be beautiful, but nothing can compare to you!", he replied with a cheesy remark and giggled softly.
out of embarrassment, you turned your face away from him to try to hide your blushing red face from his view.
"oh? oh? are you perhaps..." his face decorated with a boyish smirk full of mischief, "blushing?" he cackled with a devilish grin on his face.
"hey! i am not..! stop assuming things," you replied bashfully and kept your composure before staring off at a tunnel which lead to more sea creatures.
"i want to go there!" you called out to bachira in excitement as you pointed to the tunnel.
bachira chuckled at you, he really enjoyed seeing you having the time of your life as you both haven't been in contact for awhile since he was locked away in the 'football jail' blue lock.
despite video calling you multiple times when he was in blue lock, or the constant messages he would send just to make sure you're alright, nothing could compare to your presence in person. or maybe, bachira just loved spending quality time with you.
"look!" you called out as your eyes widened in shock, "it's an asian arowana.." you said as your eyes glimmered with anticipation.
you approached the rank that held the captivating fish, no doubt, this was one of the rarest fishes in the world to see at an aquarium.
"bachira..! look, it looks so cool in person!" you tugged the sleeve of his shirt to gain his attention as you pointed at the huge fish hovering above.
"you really know a lot of different fishes, no?" he followed you to approach the tank.
bachira and you had always wondered how the glass keeping the marine animals and the huge amount of water didn't break nor crack under all the pressure.
"hey, hey! the fish is laying it's eggs! this is such a rare sight to see.." you said in amazement as you gazed softly at the fish.
"man...now i really want some fishes in my room too!" you pouted as you placed your hands on your hips.
your attention was directed away by another rare fish, the chinese paddlefish, man how were you so lucky to find so many cool and rare fishes?!
your eyes followed the swimming fish as it you saw it's eyes slowly turn to you in an intimidating manner and swam away.
you scowled in disbelief, 'how dare you disrespect me!' you wondered angrily to yourself.
"what's wrong? you okay?" bachira stared at your scowling face and asked in concern with a worried face.
"that fish rolled its eyes at me!" you exclaimed irritatedly.
"ha-hah..what?!" bachira cackled loudly as he bent down and grabbed his knees for support.
"stop laughing!" you shouted at him with an annoyed tone although there was no bad intentions. "i'm sorry- i just can't!" his cackling died down as he slowly gained his composure after trying to choke back his laugh for so long.
"it probably doesn't like to be looked at for too long y'know.." he guessed, you puffed out your cheeks as you rolled your eyes back at the fish.
being a literal animal, the fish didn't notice nor did it care. you let out an annoyed groan as you spotted another fish that caught your eye.
it was a clown fish, a fish that was bright orange and had white and black stripes. 'they be finding nemo but the dude is right here.' you thought to yourself.
"nemo.." you muttered softly to yourself, as you pointed a finger at the clownfish swimming around some brightly coloured corals.
your voice was barely audible to bachira but he could just hear you softly whisper to yourself as you pointed at the fish. "nemo? like the show?" he asked curiously.
"yeah'! i love these type of shows where the main character gets lost and his their friends have to find them..it's so cool and interesting y'know." bachira smiled at your response, he really liked it when you talked about your interest and yourself.
"let's take a picture," he suggested as he smiled softly, "to keep this precious moment a memory in my phone, yeah?"
bachira fished his phone out of the pocket of his baggy jeans and put an arm around your shoulder, his free hand holding the camera above both of you.
"smile, love." he said cheekily. your face turned a dark shade of red as you comprehended what he had just said.
out of the blue, he kissed your cheek softly and took a picture of your blushing face.
you smacked him on the shoulder softly as you covered your face in embarrassment, 'i must look so weird in that picture!' you internally screamed at yourself.
bachira hummed in satisfaction as he looked at the pictures he took. needless to say, he was satisfied spending the day with you.
