Eman tried to open his eyes, he saw nothing but red and he felt the extreme temperature. He felt so much pain all over his body just like there are chains attached in his bones. He tried to close his eyes to ignore the pain. When he closed his eyes, the loud sound of airwaves disappeared, the very hot temperature had been cooled down. That time he feel no more pain. In confusion, he tried to open his eyes and he realized that he is in the middle of a forest. A very dark forest.
He walk alone the dark trails and saw some shining light of red balls at the end of the forest. He stopped for a while. A big creature suddenly appeared from the bushes and chased him. Those creatures were hellhounds. There were 4 hellhounds tryng to run after him. Eman tried to run. After a while, the hellhounds are gone. A man appeared in the front of him and said, "Don't worry brother, I've smote the hell out of those creatures.
"Who are you?!" asked by the terrified Eman. "I am Saphiel, I'll be your companion from now".
"Where am I?".
"You are in the purgatory". Revealed by Saphiel.
"What's going on!?" "What am I doing here?", Eman exclaimed to the stranger.
"I am Saphiel, an Angel of the Fourth heaven. We have something for you. You were chosen. Don't be afraid! This time I need you to cooperate. We need to leave this place. We need to get out of here. I promise, I'll tell you everything I know once we get out."
Eman decided to walk with Saphiel, they had encountered another group of hellhounds. Eman ran away because of fear and confusion. Saphiel bashed the hellhounds and made his way to follow Eman's tracks. "Wait up!" Saphiel shouted.
"Angel? Purgatory? Hellhounds? These are not real! I'm just dreaming! This is just a dream!" He knew that he was just dreaming, he even tried to slap his face just to wake up but nothing happened.
"You're just hurting yourself! Stop it Eman!" The angel said. "Calm down Eman. Can you still remember everything? You died 2 days ago. You were killed by a demon with a mansuit." Revealed by Saphiel.
"I saved you! You're in hell! The chains on your bones, the very hot temperature, the hellfire. I believe you've seen it all. Now come with me and I'll show you the way out of this forest. It's too dangerous here."
"Okay, let's get out of here, I just need to know what's happening, I'm so confused!", Eman said.
Moment later, they've arrived at the Midius Pit, the middle part of the southern purgatory. They've seen all the vengeful souls who could walk the earth whenever they wanted.
"What are those?", Saphiel explained that these souls could travel in and out of the purgatory, these are the souls who are not yet done realizing that they already dead and their "stuffs on earth" are already through.
"Be careful, they can sense fear, once they saw that there are constant fear in your heart, they could kill you, scare you to death. Ignore them!".
Saphiel also explained that Angels don't have the capability of traveling in and outside the purgatory. "Then how did you come here?". Asked by Eman. "My superior has opened a portal to this place, we have limited of time, we need to go back immediately before the gates close.
Eman walk by the area where the souls of infants who died in stillbirth are being tortured. He felt the mercy in his heart. He felt so much scared that moment. Some of the vengeful spirits sensed the fear in his heart. They chased him!.
"I told you Eman! What did you do?!?", Saphiel shouted. "Saphiel.. Help me!!!!!!!". Saphiel raised his right and hand and casted a light. The vengeful spirits disappeared. "Let's go now! Some of them all around the purgatory will hunt us!"
They ran until they reached the gates made by Saphiel's superior, Asariel. Asariel is known as the "Watcher of the Moon" or the Archangel of the Spring".
"Hi Eman, my name is Asariel. I'm so glad to meet you",Asariel greets Eman.
"The two of you! you need to explain everything! I owe you an explanation!" Eman exclaimed.
