Normally, I wouldn't be this excited for school . But today was rather special, before my eyes could register the light from my bed as I was opening my eye lids . My phone vibrated so hard from chest drawer that it fell on my head .
Cursing , I look upon and see a flood of notification from social media and especially the school group .
Chuckling, I recall yesterday and say in a raspy voice, "today shall be fun".
"Oh how livid his homophobic parents will be " swinging my legs off the bed and rising . I quickly brush my teeth and put on my uniform . It was a navy blue suit that was fitted to my body like a warm embrace . It was honestly very flattering and the girls in my school agreed .
I leave my room walking up to my sister sitting beside my brother having breakfast . How I despised my brother . It should have been me who they called a boy. Jealousy drives me to back hand him and shooting him a warning looking , shutting him up as he was looking as though he was on the verge of tears .
"Good morning" Cassandra says smiling ever so slightly. I incline my head in her direction unable to speak .( it was 5 in the f.ing morning) .
I eat silently knowing of her watchful gaze . "Mother didn't return home last night" worry evident in her tone .
"Who cares " I say bitterly. The woman was barely home preferring her career over us . Even our father wasn't present . They were both separated but not divorced . As if sensing my bitterness, my eldest stands up and ruffles my hair . I shoo her away under the pretense that she ruined my hair but was silently grateful.
"let's go" and " she's here" . Our bodyguard. Our guardian was an ex military woman that was built like a monument . She had short black cropped hair and was 6 foot .
She opens the door for us and we entered the Mercedes. It was a g class . It was the epitome of beauty in my opinion.
And so we were on our way to our posh school.
