A/n:this is Xiao's pov from the past

Few months ago Morax told me about his student who is living on Guizhong's Domain,her name was y/n. I was shocked when I heard that she was only 15 , Shouldn't a 15-year-old girl live with her family?I wanted to ask more but I wasn't that interested in her so I left that topic .

Yesterday I was doing a mission that morax gave me on my way I saw a little girl and a wolf-like monster in front of her,at first I teleported to the tree behind her,she had...a strange presence and aura..was it darkness?light?kindness? I couldn't understand.when I found out that she was Y/n, Morax's student I wasn't shocked cause I thought her presence is probably not normal cause she lived with gods for a year...

Today's morning Morax asked me if I could train her...I wanted to reject at first but before I could answer Morax left

"Sighs"

A/n;back to the presence

I looked at y/n who was running around the lake,she seemed annoyed

"Only 1 more round then you can have a break" I said then I looked at the sky

After that one round she seemed exhausted,she sits on the grass next to me

"Evil Alatus" she mumbled

"What?"

"Nothing"

"..."

After some moments silence she spoke

"Soooo Alatus,I was wondering if...we could be friends?^^~"

Friends? Shouldn't she be annoyed by me? She wants to be my friend?...it's my first time getting a friend request from a non-Adepti, I'm not sure if I should accept

"No-"

"I'm not a human"

My eyes widen,did she say that she is not human?...my face quickly turned serious

"Then,what are you?"

She warped her arms around her knees and rested her head on it,she sighs and looked at me

"I'm from another world..and I'm not a mortal,only Guizhong and Morax knew about it..but..Morax told me that you're a kind person,so you won't use this information for anything.."

So just because of Morax's words she told me her true identity?..she said she is not a mortal so why she is naive like one? After some silent I sit next to her

"Your request is accepted..."

Her eyes sparkled when I said that , wait..why my heart felt warm when I saw her eyes?..

"Really?! I'm so glad! Let's be best friends! Yes best friends! I never had one so you'll be my first best friend!"

"...for being best friends we need some time..let's be normal friends for now..mor-sighs y/n"
