A few minutes in Viridian City, and we see the sun coming down. With the most of the people going home, with suddenly hearing an announcement.
???: "Attention, citizens of Viridian City! We have reports of known thieves in our area! Be on the lookout for suspicious-looking strangers!
We see the location of the announcement in a police station. With the announcer being a woman with the outfit of a police officer, and full on blue hair. This is Officer Jenny.

O. Jenny: "I repeat, be on the lookout for suspicious-looking... what in the world?!" - She was immediately distracted by two people limping with a little yellow Pokémon. - "Hey, are you two okay, what happened?!" - She ran towards the kids.
Ash: "T-There was... a swarm of Spearow... in a thunderstorm... attacked Pikachu..." - He weakly revealed the hurt Pokémon.
Misty: "We have to... we have to get to the Pokémon Center, quick!"
O. Jenny: "Don't worry, I'll get you there in no time."
[A few Minutes Later]
Everyone now on Officer Jenny's motorcycle, with getting them to the Pokémon Center.
O. Jenny: "You better hold on to something!" - She revved up her bike, making Ash and Misty hold on to each other. - "And away we go!" - She went off.
Suddenly, out of nowhere. A wanted poster nearby was grabbed by a net that belonged to a hot air balloon shaped like a cat Pokémon.
