With his newly evolved Pidgeotto, Ash and friends are making their way to Vermilion City.
Our heroes have come at a stop to rest for a bit.
Ash: "Check out all the Pokémon, over there." - He pointed to the trees.
Misty: "Well, that's the least of our worries, isn't it?"
Ash: "Just because we're a little lost, doesn't mean I can't go out sightseeing, right?"
Pikachu: "Chu..."
Misty: "Of course not, enjoy yourself." - She sarcastically said, before sighing. - "Sorry, Ash. It's just that I can't go one step further. We've been looking for Vermilion City for 6 whole days!"
Brock: "Hey, Misty. There's a big on your..." - Misty screamed and jumped onto Ash's hands. Brock picked up what was on the floor, and it certainly wasn't a bug type Pokémon. - "Oh, it was just a piece of grass." - He laughed a bit before being kicked in the face by Misty.
Misty: "I'm going crazy! Where are we?!"
Ash: "Well according to the map, it looks like the nearest way to Vermilion City is Route 24."
Misty: "Does this trail take us to Route 24?"
Ash: "Yeah, it does. And it says there's a Pokémon Center nearby."
Misty: "Alright! Then let's get a move on." - She stopped when she looked at a tall boulder with something on top. - "What is that?"
Ash: "I don't know, let's get a closer look."
Once they were closer, they saw a little orange Pokémon with a tiny flame on its tail.
