12. friend zone

third person:

it was mid night and ashi was doing her work sitting one her bad. she was definitely tired but she can't say no to the work. after an hour she finished her work and put her laptop aside. she want to go out of that room for some water but her legs were not supporting her. she texted tanzeel while hesitating.. She left the message but it seems like he sleep and ashi huffed in the air..

After checking a file she finally closed her laptop and was about to stand she hear some foot steps coming near her. She felt relife when saw tanzeel's figure with a jar of water.

"you are a saviour.. " she stated and He looked at her in confusion.. "thanks.." she said taking the jar from his hand and pour the water into the glass and gulped in one go..  While tanzeel was stading there looking at her.. He sleepy eyes.. Messy bun and some starnds of her hair were coming on her face disturbing her.. She looked tiered and he shake his head..

"Miss khan didn't i told you not to over work your self ? Look at you.. " he said.  " i just finished the work.. And i am goinh to bed now.. Don't worry about me. You don't need to take care of me.. I am not gonna say my father that you didn't do anything.. " she said static the fact. May be this could not affect her that much but the another person that present in that room got hurt.. His heart ached to it. He didn't care for her just for her dad.. He genuninly care for her..  And deep down she knows but she just can't run away from the fact that they didn't even share this type of realtion..

" And yes.. I am heading to hydrabad tomorrow morning.. I have to handel some meetings and some works there so i had to go.. " she said and tanzeel was looking at her in disbelif.. She looked at him and locked her eyes with him..

"i told you don't worry tanzeel.. " she told him in her most soft voice. And his heart melt like a butter.. And how effortlessly those words came out of her mouth. He always Wandered if she had honey in her throat or some sweet that he is anware of..

"i am better now.. You can see i can at least walk now.. " she said and he sit on the couch where ashi was sitting.. He sat beside her and accidently their Thigs brushed with eachother to which some sensation ran threw their blood in entire body.. Suddnely their heart was beating fast as if it wants to get out of that body as soon as possible..

This is not the first time that they got closer to eachother.. They were even closer than this before but never touched.. They happned to be in that situation. This small gasture can make their heart thumb like they just ran the marathon.

Ashi shiftted a little far from her place as the awkwerdness surounded the room.. She didn't even felt this eretic when he held her in his arms.. She wanted to wish him good night and just sleep peacfully but her heart demanded something eles.. His presence.. She can't deney it because she enjoyed his compny unknowingly and she want it more..

While other side the man if stone who never felt this good with any woman was wondering why his heart gave when its about her ? Why can't it just beat normal whenver she around him and why can't he just stop worrying about instead of getting hurt by her words ? The feeling was overwhelming for both of them.

After some pretty minutes he finally cleared hos throat and looked at her who was already looking at him.

" i don't care about anything eles.. And i am not worrying about you because your dad told me but i genunily care about you.. As a friend"   he said and she look deep in his eyes. He finally said the thing that he want to spill for how long days.. He was still unsure of his feeling and was not sure about her feeling towerd him.. So he simpely taged it a friendship.. But he knows.. The intimacy they share and the feelings they feel was not the frienship.. but for their satisfaction he covered it with the name of the friendship..

"so you are saying we are friends ?" she asked him and he nodded his head. "i see" she said and looked at the  floor..

"then see you in the morning.. Good night miss khan.. " Tanzeel said stading from his place so did she.. She too wished him good night and he left the room.. After he left.. Ashi laid on the bed and was staring at the wall thinking about what just happned.. In few weeks her life changed totally..

She was thinkinhg about it when her eyeslids went heavey and closed it self.. She drwan into a good sleep while it was far away from tanzeel's eyes.. He did tried but failed..

It was next morning and ashi was ready to go when tanzeel aproched out side of the mansion. He gave her some instrutction like her father gave her that warm her heart that time.. It's been a week since her father left and she was already missing him and here tanzeel was filling his blank spaces with his care and his little grature.

"Thank you for the stay Tanzeel.. Hope we can see eachother soon.." she said and with that she sit in her car and waved hee hand to him.. The car started and tanzeel looked at the car till it get out of his eyesight. He too take his car and went to his office..

He attened some meetings with his client and was trying to focus on his work since the thought of her was distracting him too much.. Some houre passed by and he finally get himself into work when Ashi's name popped up on his mobile screen.. He click on that in just a second and read

"i reached without any trouble.. :)" he smiled at her masaage and replied "ok" he didn't even came up with a new reply so he just send ok to her.. He want to ask her some more question but he didn't courge to.. He just set the mobile phone on his table and looked at the phone screen balnkly.. What if she again text him ? He waited fir some minutes but didn't get any notification.. He closed his phone screen and again focused on his laptop..

Its me hii.. I'm the problem it's me.. Yess you gussed it right.
I posted another chapter after whole fucking month ? I am also shocked.. But this time i will not let you wait too long for next one..

I am prommising to post another chapter by next week..

And i have made some silly mistaked in this chapter amd i hope you galdly ignored it bcz i will edit it after some don't know daya later..
