Kleio's pov
I walk to the park where we're supposed to meet. I sit down on a bench and look up at the clear blue sky, watching a few birds pass by. A few moments pass and he's not here yet, I start to worry a bit. I'm not sure why. About ten minutes pass and someone sits next to me. it's Gabriel. I haven't said anything to him yet, I just glanced at him a couple of times as he spoke to me.

Gabriel: "Sorry i'm late, I had a little something to do."
Kleio: "..."
Gabriel: "Nice day outside right?"
Kleio: "yeah.."
He looks at kleio.
Gabriel: "so what do you want to do?"
Kleio looks at him
kleio: "I wouldn't mind walking around for a bit"
Gabriel: "Alright"
He stands up and holds his hand out to her.
kleio looks up at him for a moment, meeting his eyes before slowly putting her hand in his.
He doesn't let go of her hand as they walk which kleio didn't really mind. He then breaks the silence.
Gabriel: "So, how's life treating you?"
Kleio: "it's been interesting.."
Gabriel: "Oh really?"
Kleio: "..."
Gabriel looks at her for a second
Gabriel: "are you feeling ok?"
Kleio: "i'm ok."
He looks at her, a bit skeptical
Gabriel: "If you say so"
Silence comes between the two before kleio asks
Kleio: "why did you ask me to hang out?" (date 😏)
Gabriel: "I wanted to talk to you at the elders party, but you seemed occupied.."
Kleio: "ah.. right"
Kleio looks away for a second noticing a little food stand that sells coffee jelly. (her favorite snack :>)
