You were walking around the company, receiving hellos and bows as you walked past the newbies and other workers. You head to Yeji's office to tell her that you have an appointment to get to.
You knock on the door, waiting for a response. A small come-in was heard and you opened the door. You saw Hyunjin and Seungmin sitting at her desk.
"I'm sorry to interrupt Yeji, but I have to get to my appointment so I'll be out for the rest of the day," You remind her politely.
"I'll see you tomorrow. Text me how everything goes OK?" She smiled.
"I definitely will. Boys great to see you again," You gave them a smile.
"It's good to see you as well Miss Lee," Seungmin bowed.
"None of that. You have a higher authority than me. No need to be so formal," You stuttered.
"Felix wants you to call him soon," Hyunjin reminded you.
"Thank you for the reminder,"
Hyunjin nods his head and you take your leave.
"What's her story to be exact?" Hyunjin asked his sister.
"Nothing much. She's dedicated to everyone here, she helps out in every field and she's given every trainee hope that they'd make it. She's become my best friend and I don't think I would've made it this far without her," Yeji smiles fondly.
"I'm glad you like her. She would've made a good addition to SKZ if she didn't turn down our offer,"
"She turned down the offer because she didn't want to work with her brother. They've made it abundantly clear that they don't want to work with each other,"
"I know, but I still think she'd fit in,"
Yeji let out a sigh and sat back. You have basically become the second CEO of the company. Whenever Yeji couldn't make it, you'd be there to make sure things ran smoothly.
"You both never actually told me why you're here?" Yeji asked leaning forward.
"We're here on behalf of Chan. He wanted us to check up on Y/N," Seungmin answered.
"I keep forgetting those two know each other," Yeji sighed.
"They grew up together. That's all we know. Felix won't tell us anything other than that," Hyunjin muttered.
"Because that is their business," Yeji warned.
