"Cmon Brie we have to go" yelled her older sister Brieanna.

Adding the last finishing touches on her hair, she replied "Okay, hold on, no need to yell."

In Brielle's opinion school was pointless. She was a fast learner so things came naturally for her. She didn't see the point in waking up at 6:45 everyday to sit in a classroom for 8 hours.

Going back to school wasn't something she was too excited about. The pandemic really changed a lot for her. In the wake of that, their family fell apart. She wasn't too hell bent on seeing smiling kids with their parents knowing she could never have that.

Grabbing her bag and turning the lights out she walked down stairs to see her mom on the phone arguing.

Brielles mom was a multimillion-dollar lawyer, she hardly ever saw her mom and if she did it was always a hey and bye between them.

"Hey ma" Brielle said grabbing her water bottle.

Nodding her head towards Brielle she continued arguing over the phone.

Rolling her eyes she walked out the door and to her 2023 Mercedes-Benz E-Class to see her sister sitting in it loudly playing 'Peaches & Eggplants' by young nudy.

Turning down the radio looking at Brieanna annoyed, "Bri it's too early for you to be playing all this loud music".

"Girl you always so uptight live a little" Bri said with an attitude rolling her eyes as she looked out the window.

Brielle and Brieanna always had a close bond but after their brother died that all changed.

"Doing allat you can walk to school" She mumbled starting the car and backing out the drive way.

Pulling up to school, there were kids hanging out the window yelling and throwing things.

"I did not miss this" Brielle mumbled

Turning in her seat, Brieanna began "hey, I'm not going to babysit you like I did in middle school. You're on your own. Don't be acting all shy and stuck up either cause that'll make me look bad. Got it?" she said rolling her eyes

"Seriously Bri? we're sisters" said Brielle

"That doesn't mean we have to be glued together. You're not my kid."

"Okay Brieanna"

By now her mood was ruined and she felt like crying. Growing up they had a good relationship. She always looked up to her big sister. That changed obviously. She felt like Brieanna tolerated her rather than loved her. There was a time were they couldn't stay away from eachother. Now she doesn't want anything to do with her.
