Megatron grew unsteady, he was waiting with the meeting with the high council, he walked back and forth about what he would say, what he would do to convince the high council.
Optimus was there to help his friend, although he did not agree with Megatron's plans to use force he still tried to help him even as far as to attend with him by his side.
Megatron was grateful to have his friend knowing very well he could be with Elita right now having a great time with her.
Megatron: Optimus, are you sure you want to come with me. You can spend time with Elita-1 right now.
Optimus: Perhaps Megatron, however I need to help my friend with something first.
As they both smiled a Bot came in and told them it was time to go to the council. As they made it to the council Megatron addressed himself.
Megatron: My name is Megatron, and today I would like to make a speech. For far too long we have been enslaved to this council, we have obeyed them, served them, and died for them.
And for what, this must stop, however they will never give up their power willing so we must use force, kill every single one who supports the high council and take over their rule with our rule.
Optimus was terrified of how his friend spoke, he was unsure if this was the real him or just him showing force. The high council then dismissed the both of them, when they were leaving Optimus thought long and hard about what Megatron just spoke to them.
He worried that his friend would be arrested or worse killed by them. It was a quiet walk back to the Academy.
