Following their engagement party, which obviously took place at Graceland, Brandi wasted no time diving into the whirlwind of wedding preparations. Her thoughts shifted into high gear almost as soon as Elvis placed the Krupt diamond on her finger.

While it would undoubtedly be the wedding event of the century, it wasn't destined to be the grandest spectacle ever witnessed. Brandi and Elvis intended to shield their special day from the prying eyes of the world, reserving it for only a select group of close friends and family. No paparazzi would be allowed, just the presence of the wedding photographer, as per Brandi's insistence. She was well aware of the immense love and adoration their fans held for them, but she yearned for this occasion to be truly special—a private treasure hidden away from the world's gaze.

The chosen date for the wedding had been set for May 12th, and it would take place in the very city where their love story first started all those years ago: Memphis.

The venue had already been secured, and the event was to be hosted at The Cadre Building, with a mere 100 cherished guests in attendance.

Brandi was thrilled; after all, she was about to become Mrs. Elvis Presley, a dream she had held close to her heart for so long.

Upon Elvis's proposal to Brandi, news of their engagement spread like wildfire, courtesy of the Colonel and Andy, who promptly alerted the media outlets. This revelation ignited a worldwide frenzy, and in the days leading up to what was arguably the most anticipated wedding ever, their lives were engulfed in a relentless media storm.

The photographers and reporters camped outside Graceland, lurking in the shadows, hoping for a slip-up or a chance encounter that might yield a scoop. They swarmed the couple's favourite spots, dined at the same restaurants, and staked out their homes, all in pursuit of a glimpse into the impending nuptials. Brandi and Elvis, aware of the constant scrutiny, adopted a strategy of utmost discretion. Their close-knit circle of friends and family had been sworn to secrecy, and even those involved in the wedding preparations were held to strict confidentiality agreements.

"Remember, folks, not a word to anyone," Elvis would emphasise to the members of his inner circle, who nodded in agreement.

When curious reporters dared to approach, Brandi would deflect probing questions with a smile, playfully offering only, "It's a surprise!"

Elvis, ever the master of charm, would follow suit, flashing his trademark grin and offering a casual shrug. "Ah, you'll just have to wait and see," he'd tease, his tone light and playful.

"It's all part of the fun, isn't it?" With a wink, he'd leave the media with little more than a cryptic comment, leaving them to speculate and eagerly anticipate the big day.

Adding to the intrigue, the couple cleverly deployed diversions and decoys, leaking false wedding dates and locations to mislead the paparazzi. These clever tactics set off a whirlwind of speculation and wild goose chases across the country.
