After their meeting, Javelin and Laffy took Rimuru to look around the base. Rimuru was glad that the two were with her, guiding her through this unknown land.

Rimuru looked around and noticed that she was getting some glances from the other Kannsens.

'I'm definitely out of place here. They are looking at me like I'm some sort of alien,' Rimuru thought.

"Rimuru, you don't have to worry. They are just surprised to see you," Javelin said to comfort Rimuru.

"Well, I know they are curious, but I can't help but notice that some of them are looking at me with their guards up," Rimuru replied.

"Well, I think the reason for that is your eyes."

"My eyes? What's wrong with my eyes?" Rimuru asked, as she didn't seem to notice that her eyes were similar to the Siren's.

"Well, your eyes look like those of the Siren. They are yellow after all. The only difference is that I could see elegance in your eyes," Javelin said.

'Well, that was weird. I didn't know that my eyes look like those of the so-called Siren... But first of all, what even is a Siren?' Rimuru thought while walking.

After a while, Javelin and Laffy, who was sleepwalking, stopped in front of a dessert shop. The trio stopped and ordered strawberry cake and ate.

While eating, Rimuru noticed a strange individual who was stalking a group of young Kannsen while her nose was bleeding.

'That one is a lolicon for sure,' Rimuru thought as she continues to look at the Lolicon while Eating her Desert.

Javelin noticed Rimuru was looking in a different direction, so she also looked to where Rimuru was looking and noticed Ark Royal with her usual antics of being a lolicon.

*Sigh* "That's Ark Royal. You should just ignore her; she's always like that," Javelin said.

"So she's a lolicon?"

"Y-yes," Javelin replied. After a while, they finished eating and continued to look around the base. When the sun started to set on the horizon, Rimuru went back to her ship to rest.

After boarding her ship, she went to her room, which was fairly large for a room inside a warship, but space magic can do wonders in small spaces.

Resting on her bed, Rimuru sorted out her thoughts about this world.

***

While on my bed, I started to think about the things that I learned while exploring this base.

This world is an alternate Earth where instead of World War II happening in 1939, it was the First Siren Attack. Siren, a humanoid alien species that Appeared out of nowhere and started attacking The Humans of this Earth, no one knows where they came from. Talk about a mysterious entity.

I've asked Ciel about their origin, but even she was not able to know where they came from unless I tried analyzing anything that is connected to the Sirens.

Moving on, the humans of this world were almost extinct due to the Sirens, and those that had survived managed to discover something called a Mental Cube, also known as a Wisdom Cube. This cube was the souls of the Kannsen, and it also stores their memories.

Then, these Kannsen were World War II-era ships that had been revived using the Wisdom Cube, and they are made to fight the Sirens. This world had what's called Factions. The four major ones are the Sakura Empire, Royal Navy, Iron Blood, and the Eagle Union. With their description alone, I came to the conclusion that this function was the nations of Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America back in my old world.

*Sigh* "To think that my day of enjoyment had turned into a confusing chain of events. First, I died, then got reincarnated, fought two armies, dragons, angels, and now I've become a Kannsen," she said. After she said that, Rimuru sat up from her position.

"Now that I think about it, how do I see my Wisdom Cube?" she asked, and as if responding to her thoughts, a bright golden light shone from her chest, and from it, a golden cube came out and floated in her hands.

"This is my Wisdom Cube? It's golden. If what Javelin said is true, the normal Wisdom Cube was supposed to be blue, so why is mine golden?" she asked herself as she observed the cube that was floating in her hands.

"Well, not that I care why it's golden," she said, returning it back to her body. "I need to get some rest," she said as she slept comfortably on her bed.

On the other side, two high-ranking Sirens were talking to each other. They were Observer Alpha and Tester Beta.

"Are you sure about what you saw, Tester?" Alpha asked.

"Do you think I was joking? I saw it with my own two eyes. The portal that appeared out of nowhere in the South Pacific led to another world. I led a fleet of our mass-produced ships to check it out, and it led me to another world, and there we faced a powerful ship," Tester replied.

"And that ship alone destroyed the whole fleet."

"Yes. Based on my calculations, the technology of that world was far more advanced than here on Earth."

"I see. And that ship that destroyed your fleet is here, right?"

"Yes."

"Then we should make a plan. We need to see her up close; maybe we can also experiment on her to develop more powerful weapons," Alpha said as she looked at the projection in front of her.

The projection was showing a battleship with an unfamiliar design, even for the Sirens.

"Things would be more interesting now that new things have shown up. I hope you aren't a threat to us," Tester said.
