FORM.

I make covers and banners for everyone. And I love doing it.

But before you request a cover or banner, you need to know some things.

1) If you plan not to use my made cover then you need to use that cover as your book's banner.

2) I put a lot of efforts making them so you need to complete the payment either immediately after you recieve your cover or after you requested one.

3) I make simple covers only.

4) I redo once.

5) Form should be filled properly. (In one comment)

For requesting one for yourself, you need to fill the form below:

There are little wider and bigger and are attached in one of the book's chapters.

I can also send your banners and covers through twitter or mail it to you.

NOTE: First few covers may not be so good but I kept it to see my progress. So please don't judge me so fast.
