Mystery Intruder. Pt. 2

Soon after the crash noise, a crawling sound is heard.
Someone or...something is crawling up the Octochute.
Bang...Bang...Bang
This intruder is trying to pry open the Octochute.
Luckily the Octochute to the Launch Bay has been jammed today and Tweak did not have the time to fix it.

The Octochute is pried open.
The crew stands there in shock as they stare at the creature that has emerged from the Octochute.
It's the most deformed creature. It's almost like it's completely made of flesh. It has long limbs, white glowing eyes, sharp teeth, and claws, and is a really weird shape. It is no anthropomorphic animal like them.

Kwazii quickly speaks up in a rather angry voice "YOU SCURVY BEAST! YOU KILL-

Captain Barnacles quickly covers Kwazii's mouth with his paw.
The creature lets out an ear-piercing screech making everyone cover their ears.
The weird creature doesn't seem to do anything...it's just staring at everyone blankly.
After what feels like forever creature charges at Shellington full speed.
Before the poor guy or the crew can react the creature picks him up in it's mouth by his stomach.
The creature gets on all fours and begins shaking Shellington around in its mouth like he's a dog toy.
A little blood starts to fly around the room as Shellington screams out in pain.
There are no weapons around.
Dashi looks around and perks up as she looks at Tweak's tool belt.

She speaks in a worried tone with a hint of happiness "Tweak! Your wrench!"

Tweak's ears perk up as she takes the wrench from her tool belt.
The crew watches Tweak as she gets ready to attack the creature.
Tweak runs up to the creature and whacks it directly in the head with the metal wrench.
The creature drops Shellington and makes another ear-piercing screech.
Captain Barnacles tries to speak to the creature but before he can it takes the elevator thing down into the hallways.
Everyone quickly rushes over to Shellington to make sure he's alright.
Peso immediately starts checking up on him to see how bad it is.

Kwazii looks at Barnacles with a worried expression before speaking "Uhm Cap'n...the professor is down in the library...that thing is a hungry beast! If it finds the library it will go after professor!"

Captain Barnacles thinks for a moment then speaks out "You're right Kwazii...that thing will most definitely go after him. Come with me down to the library!"

Kwazii nods as they both make their way down to where the creature went.
Meanwhile, the others continue to examine Shellington.
It appears he's unconscious at the moment, but still alive.

Dashi speaks up in a slightly concerned tone "We all saw that thing go down to where the Sick Bay is...it's too dangerous to take Shell down there."

Tweak takes a moment, but then speaks up as well "She's right...we can't take the risk of us getting hurt or Shellington getting hurt more."

Peso thinks and speaks in a very frightened tone "I didn't bring my medical bag up here with me when we heard Shellington's scream! I was too worried to think of it..."

Tweak speaks in a slightly more worried voice "Hm. We shouldn't leave Shellington. Let's contact Cap and Kwazii. They're already down there so I'm sure they could grab it."

Dashi nods her head and presses a button on her collar to activate the radio.

Dashi: "Dashi to Captain Barnacles? Can you hear me?"

It takes a while but he eventually answers.
Captain Barnacles: "Loud and clear Dashi. What's the problem?"

Dashi: "Peso doesn't have his medical bag on him. It's still down in the Sick Bay. Could you and Kwazii please grab it?"

Captain Barnacles: "Ye-"

Kwazii: "Of course me hearty! If I come across that scurvy beast I'll take 'em down with me bare paws!"

Captain Barnacles: "Kwazii keep your voice down. Yes we will bring the medical bag back up as soon as possible. Barnacles out."

The radio then goes silent.
All Peso, Dashi, and Tweak can do is hope Kwazii and Captain Barnacles don't die down there and can successfully get the medical bag.
Shellington's life is possibly on the line right now.
