From highschool friends to soulmates

Hi, my name is Imani Smith and I am a content creator but I am also the best friend of Joe aka Roman Reigns. We have been best friends for about 19 years now and we have never and I mean NEVER had any problems. We may joke about it but trust me it's just us being our playful selves. Let me give y'all a run down on how we met

FLASHBACK

First day of senior year

As I walk into my new school I get a lot of stares because I am the new girl on block. I don't know them and they don't know me but I don't really care about the looks i'm just here to get my education and my diploma but that will be hard if my parents keep moving around the world but I think this is my forever home...hopefully

The bell rings and I find my way to my first period which was hard but I did it surprisingly

I took my seat in the middle of the class next to a tall guy who looks like he plays football or some sport. As I sat down he gave me a strong ass look but I just brushed it off because it didn't matter to me

While class goes on the teacher has us tell him about ourselves, I'm surprised we still do that in highschool but when it got to the person I was
sitting by he stood up and introduced himself and when I tell you he has a strong voice I mean he has a STRONG voice

"My name is leati but I got by joe" I thought to myself "what type of name is that??" he continues "I am Samoan" "Ohh that makes sense now" I added to my thoughts "I play football, I am around 6'2 6'3 whatever you want to tell yourself and I come from a long line of wrestlers" he quickly adds then sits down. Well now it's my turn wish me luck

I stand up and face my teacher but I can feel the whole class staring me down "Hi, my name is Imani I am new to the school, I'm originally from Brooklyn, New york as you can tell from my accent, I am the only child and I am a laid back person as my parents would say and that's all" I end my introduction and sat back down in my seat

"Nice to meet you ms.new york" Joe whispers to me "Nice to meet you too mr.football" I let out a small laugh while looking forward I can already tell we will be close

As class goes on the teacher let's us have a free time to chat and that's what I did, Joe and I spent the whole class period talking about random stuff and that's actually made us get closer

After that class ended, it was time for my second period which was my math class and surprisingly I had that class with Joe along with these twins that he knew

I take my seat sitting by Joe as he was having a conversation with the twins "Hi Joe" I interrupt "Took you long enough to get here" he joked "You are right i'm so sorry for having to use the bathroom" I joke back "Anyways who are these 2" I added on "These are my cousins, Joshua and Jonathan they are twins" he says pointing to them so I could tell which is which

"Wow really?? I couldn't tell" I say in a sarcastic tone then I hear a laugh coming from Jon "aye uce she got you there" he says while laughing "It wasn't that funny" Joe replies back "It kinda was" Josh adds on

Oh wait did I mention that I find Joshua attractive?? You may be thinking "they look the same they are twins" yeah they are but It's something about him that make me WEAK and by weak I mean WEAK even picked up the difference between them just by looking at them but back to the conversation

"But what's your name??" Josh asks while looking directly at me, The longer he looks at me the longer I will fall in love with him "My name is Imani but you can call me mani" I replied "Imani, ouuu I like that name" Jon says "Thank you" I laughed as I turned around to face the teacher because she was about to start talk

For the rest of the school year it was just me, my bestfriend and the twins we were unstoppable no one could tell us anything and that's how it is now well we added Jon's wife to the group and i'm actually not mad at that because It was hard being the only girl so I am glad Jon married her and on top of that she is also like my bestfriend
