Evelina's POV
I groan as my alarm goes off, i sit up and rub my eyes. "5? Already?" i whisper. i get out of bed and immediately fall. "Shit!" I yelp. I have low iron, so I usually get really faint in the mornings. i put a hoodie on and creep downstairs, trying not to wake up Luciano. I grabbed my shoes as i decided i would get ready at Elena's today; i would probably steal some of her clothes. i pull my keys slowly out of the draw and tip-toe out the door. As soon as i get out the door, i sigh. "Felt like I was in a horror movie. Jesus." I put in my airpods and started walking to Elena's. The sun was only just starting to rise, so there weren't many people around. There were a few drunks, but they didn't really bother me.
i opened instagram to see Rhea had posted, i forgot she was on TV last night. i might start watching the shows for her. It was a picture of her and Dominik, i think his name is, it was captioned,'my Latino heat.'' and he had commented with two red hearts. I dont know why, but i feel slightly jealous. He isn't even dating her, and he gets all her attention. i mean, i dont want to date her, i think. I have better things to worry about. Much better things, like my business. It's finally starting to become a hit. After Rhea started going, we gained a lot more customers, so i guess she is a little helpful.
i get to Elena's door and knock. After what felt like the longest 10 seconds of my life, she answered the door.
"Hello, Evi," she smiled and stepped aside. I walked in,
"Hey, Lena." i smile back, i wait for her to lock the door before hugging her. "it's so warm in here." i chuckle.
"it's so we can keep my ma warm." she smiles again, "sit, sit." she points at the couch, and i walk over before sitting. "What's been happening since i last saw you, yesterday." she laughed a little.
"Well, let's see. Rhea dropped me home yesterday, i got to meet 3 of her friends. i got her number too, and for some reason, she called me sweetheart." My heart feels warm as i remember that, i zone out for a few minutes just thinking about her. "Luciano came early too. He's sort of seeing some girl in london. he seems happy, and that's all that matters to me." i smile.
"Im glad that Ano is happy. But you, you are in love." she chuckles.
"I am not!"
"You SO are. You legit just zoned out after talking about Rhea." she smiles."It's okay to admit you like her, Evi. Nobody is going to attack you for it."
i sigh. "I dont know. She just makes me feel some type of way..."
"You mean, horny?" she laughs.
"LENA! SHUT UP!" i shout.
"Sorry, sorry." she puts her hands up.
"She makes me feel happy and well yes... that." i blush. "But she's been known for being aggressive. i mean, c'mon, she's a goddamn wrestler! who knows what could happen." i sigh, "and she would never be around if we dated because her job requires her to travel."
"So? travel with her." Lena suggests.
"the shop.." i shake my head, "i have worked so hard, and we are finally getting customers, i can't leave that behind."
"i will look after the shop."
"I dont even know why we are discussing this. My me and I aren't even dating!" i roll my eyes.
"Not long before you are!" she teases.
i stand up and snatch some clothes from the pile on the stairs, i go into the bathroom and change.
