I continued to run through the forest, hoping that the Raptor fences weren't off. I took some breaths as I realized that I had come to a tall fence. I heard some voices and I cried out in joy, standing on the concrete block, "Tim? Lex?" Lex's face came into few on the other side and she started crying as she stood up on the concrete block and reached through the fence to hug me, "Aunt Clary!" Tim screamed and ran over as well, hugging me, "You're alive!"
I cried as I held them close to me, looking up to see Alan as well, "Alan!" Alan teared up and joined the group hug, "I'm so glad you're alive. How are the others?" I wiped some tears as we broke apart, "Ian's alive, but his leg is badly hurt. I have some broken ribs, but Ellie is alive and trying to get the power back on. Dad still thinks that the park is just a bump in the road. Climb the fence it's time to get home." The T-Rex roared and I looked panicked, "NOW!" The three of them started to climb.
Lex started trash-talking, "Timmy, I bet I could climb over to the other side and give Aunt Clary the first hug before you could even get to the top." Tim continued climbing, "You're on!" I giggled as Alan looked at them with a smile, "Come on guys, it's not a race, but I want in."
Lex made it down first and she hugged me softly, to avoid crushing my ribs. Alan went after her and I looked up at Tim, "Take your time, Timmy. Last place gets the longest hug." An alarm went off and I looked at Tim as he slipped, "Tim!"
Tim caught himself and panicked, "Aunt Clary." I started to breathe heavily, "Come down now!" Alan looked at Tim, "You'll have to jump!" Tim looked at him, "You crazy? I'm not gonna jump!" I gritted my teeth, "Timothy Murphy, I didn't just blindly run from your grandfather and into the dinosaur-infested forest to find you and you not want to jump. I am your aunt and when I tell you to jump you say when! NOW JUMP!"
Alan groaned, "I'll count to three. One, two three!" Tim didn't jump and Alan sighed, "I'm coming up to get you." Lex grabbed his arm and Alan looked at her, "I'm going to get your brother." Tim shakily leaned away from the fence, "Okay. I'm going to count to three. One," Alan held out his arms and Tim took a breath, "Two."
The fence went live and Tim flew off the fence Alan crashed to the ground, holding Tim. I held Lex back as Alan looked at Tim, "He's not breathing!" Lex cried out and I teared up as Alan started CPR and breaths, trying to get Tim back to us, "Tim! No, Tim!" Tim started coughing and Alan hugged him close, "Thank God!"
Tim had his eyes closed but he smiled, "Three." I laughed through my tears and hugged him close, "Thank you, Alan." Alan kissed my head, "Don't thank me for doing this. I had to. You're my best friend." I giggled, "Don't like kids my ass." Alan smiled as Lex hugged him, "They've grown on me."
We started walking towards the Visitors Center with Tim in Alan's arms and Lex holding onto me. Alan looked around, "Hello!?" We walked into the restaurant and Alan set Tim down, "Your aunt and I are going to get the others and you to a doctor." I looked at Lex, "We won't be long. Lex, please look after your brother." Lex nodded and Alan smiled as we went walking out the door.
I looked back, "Please also get some butter for Tim the human slice of toast. I'm pretty sure I left some jello in the fridge. Lime flavored." Tim and Lex lit up with excitement.
Alan and I walked outside and I looked around for anyone. The power is back on so they should be making their way here. "Ellie!" Alan yelled out, looking around. I looked over and smiled seeing her, but nudged Alan when I noticed she had blood on her and she looked scared. Ellie ran/ limped her way over to us and threw her arms around us, crying. Ellie pulled away and punched my shoulder, hard.
I yelped and held my shoulder, "The hell was that for?!" Ellie sobbed as she hugged me, "That was for running off! Malcolm is still probably yelling. I had to sedate him so he would go after you." I flinched, "Yeah. Not my best moment. I couldn't stand not knowing if Alan and the terrible twos were alive or not."
Ellie wiped her tears, "Why didn't you answer the walkie?" I grinned sheepishly, "I tossed it as soon as I got out of the bunker." Ellie glared at me, "If your father doesn't kill you. I will!" Ellie hugged me again, "But I'm glad you're safe!" Alan looked around, "We better get back to that bunker so we can get said terrible twos."
Ellie smirked and looked at me, "You're gonna be in trouble." I gulped in fear of what was to happen, "Can I go find those raptors myself? I think it might be easier this way." Alan laughed and hugged me, "Nice try."
