~solar love~ (Sun/Moon x female reader)

slumber

"starlight?" I look at him questioningly as he continues to hold my face. (god I know my face is red) I cringe to myself. "I just figured since Sun and I have a nickname, you deserved one too. why? do you not like it~" he leans just a bit closer to my face. (my face has to be as red as a tomato) Moon chuckles speaking "Cute" he finally lets go of my face and plops down onto the bed with his ankle resting on his left knee. he pats the spot next to him with his hand "Sit". he's always so stern with how he talks. I walk over to the bed and sit next to him, resting my head on his shoulder. "I'm bored" 

"well jeez, that didn't take very long am I not entertaining Starlight ~" (gosh. NOT WITH THE NICKNAME PLEASE) "No no! That's not what I meant at all! We are just sitting now and I wanna do something is all!" he just gives me a weird look. "whaaaaat" I say dramatically. "you're just as bad as Sun sometimes I swear" he gave a slight chuckle, receiving a pretty flustered y/n. "alright come on I have an idea," he said as he stood up and outstretched a hand to me. I take his hand and stand up as well. "what do you want to do?" "you'll see you'll see" he holds my hand and pulls me along with him. I could feel yet again my face get a little red. (I never was this flustered around Moon let alone just holding his hand. What's going on with me? I think me accepting that I found them attractive was an even worse thing than I originally thought. I need to control myself.) 

Moon continued to lead me to the balcony of their tower. still having a firm grip on me. he had walked to the very edge of the tower. I was starting to worry a bit. "uh Moon. what are you doing" Still having my hand, Moon leans back and pulls me along with him. falling in the air with me yelling and Moon just snickering before he's caught by his wire and starts souring around. "MOON WHAT THE FUCK" he just laughs harder. "I thought we could do some flying around" I grip onto Moon tighter and he does some weird movements and before I knew it he had made a hammock and I was laying on him. I started to blush but I shook my head to get it to go away. "this looks less like flying around and more like you being lazy" I gave him a silly eyebrow raise. "I do what I want," he says as he gets more comfortable and closes his eyes. I tried adjusting myself slowly so I wouldn't fall. 

after I had gotten into a good position I just lay there and looked at Moon. he wasn't paying attention to me with his eyes still being closed. (he's just so mesmerizing to look at. same with Sun. what about these robots attracts me so much? I've never felt like this before and I just don't understand it.) "hey Moon" his left eye flickered open for a moment before he closed it again. "yes starlight?" I took a moment to gather my thoughts. "are we friends?" he opened his eyes and looked at me for a moment before saying "I don't have 'friends'" (oh) My head drooped down a little. it made me sad to hear him say that. "but with you. your different" my head perks up a bit "different? different how?" "I don't know. you just are. stop asking dumb questions." his eyes closed again. (I don't know why but. I feel really content with that answer) "okie Moony" I nuzzle my face into his chest. it was comfortable. "are you tired y/n?" I didn't answer for a minute. I guess I really was tired. "Yeah a little bit" 

"alright, bedtime then" Moon started to adjust himself out of the hammock and held my waist to make sure I wouldn't fall. "wait! I don't want to sleep yet! I want to hang out more. I want to be around you more." I didn't mean to say the last part but I said it in a whisper so hopefully, Moon didn't hear. "no it's time for you to go to sleep." I whine a bit and I receive a glare from Moon. (well I guess I can't just tell the nap time attendant that I'm tired without being forced to go to bed immediately.) once we had gotten back to the main room in the tower, Moon laid me in the bed and covered me up. he started to walk away "Wait! Where are you going?" 

"well it's time for you to sleep so I'm leaving you be" I shake my head a little. "if it's not too weird. can you lay with me? you would just be so far away and I don't know this place well and I-" Moon stopped me from talking more by putting his finger to my lips. "shh it's okay starlight. I'll stay with you if you want me to." he then climbed onto the other side of the bed. "now sleep" I nodded and pulled the covers more onto me. "thank you Moony. goodnight" he places his hand on my head and gives it a gentle rub. "goodnight y/n"

it was late in the night when I woke up again. Moon was still lying there. (I guess he's in sleep mode) I noticed he had his arm stretched out. I stare at him for probably way longer than I should have (I'm sure he won't notice. plus I'll just say it was an accident! he just looks so comfortable) I lay my head into the crevis of his would-be armpit and lay my arm on his chest as I cover the both of us in the blanket. (I was right. he's more comfortable than a pillow) I then drift back off to sleep

{pov Moon}

I could feel something touch me and I woke from my rest mode and I saw y/n snuggled into me. I use my free arm to move a piece of her hair from her face. (why do you make me feel like this. what is so different about you that makes me feel so much emotion) I stare at her for a moment before adjusting myself slightly to have my free arm wrap around y/n. (I don't know why you do the things you do to me. but either way. I'll keep you safe. no matter what) I then fall into rest mode again for the night.
