Cecilia "Cowgirl" Mitchell has been through all you can think of. Love, Hate, Sadness, Anger. Her father Pete "Maverick" Mitchell was a Captain, Top Gun graduate, and would soon be going back to Top Gun be a instructor. As long as she can remember she wanted to be a pilot, following in her fathers footsteps. She got her callsign "Cowgirl" because her godfather always called her father "Cowboy" because of his unique way of flying. Let's just say she had a unique way of flying too. Her mother was a sweet woman that owned and ran a bar up on the beach, called The Hard Deck, that most Top Gun pilots went to regularly.

Cecilia moved to Texas 5 years ago to be with her husband Henry. They had a kid. Henry would abuse her, so in 2020, Cecilia and her daughter ran away, back to Maverick and Penny. For the past 2 years Cecilia worked with her mother at The Hard Deck.

Her daughter Laura, is now 3, she is the sweetest kid you will meet. She adores her grandparents, and her mother.

Recently, Cecilia's godfather, Admiral Tom "Iceman" Kazansky has become ill, he is still holding on, but he can barely speak, she is very scared to lose him.
