Another day. Another struggle. And another day, so much trouble. While helping your family to bushiness in the bakery until something surprising happened. Turns out, Bob Roth, Jagged Stone's producer was looking for you and you sister who designed his glasses and his clothes set.
He was lucky to find you both at the bakery. Right now, he was speaking to you two while your parents were close. "So, are you interested?" Bob asked.
"Uh...wait, wait, wait. Let me get this straight. You want...me and (Y/n) to design the album cover for Jagged Stone?! My...all-time favorite singer?!" Marinette questioned in excitement.
You hum about this Bob Roth guy in suspicions. "And I have to create an action figure?"
"That's right! And it's no joke at all! Requested by Jagged Stone himself." Bob gives you two an XY album. "I brought a few visuals so you two can get a sense of what we're going for."
You cringe at this album strangely. "This doesn't seem like Jagged Stone material, more like... a perfume ad?" You question the man, immediately Jagged would hate this. "Are you sure this isn't like Jagged Stone's image."
"I can help but to agree with my sister. This looks more like...a perfume ad!" Marinette adds on.
"This is the direction of his new image. More modern, current!" Bob strangely says.
"...Really? Wow. (Y/n) and I was thinking more along the lines of–" Marinette was cut off by Bob.
"Don't think! This is what is selling these days." Bob clears his throat.
"Uh-huh." you furrow your brows at the man.
"And one last thing, girls. We're in a hurry! We need your proposals by the end of the day. You two up to it?"" Bob questioned.
Marinette and you share a look before you both turn to your parents asking for permission. They nod with proud looks on their faces and Marinette gives the answer. "Uh, yeah! Okay."
Bob was thrilled to hear about it and left the bakery. "See you later, then!" he exits the store.
"My two daughters! Famous fashion and newly acclaimed album cover designers and an anime action figure creator!" Tom proudly says and Sabine happily nods along, "You two are gonna kill it! Sister style."
He gave you two a high-five. "Boo-yah!" He then pulled his wife, Marinette and you into a group hug.
Marinette kinda feels conflicted and so did you about sister's being togther. You wonder about something if one day you can call Marinette your sister again.
After Marinette just ran up to her room in a quick flash, Tom and Sabine already knew of your circumstance. A sister that can never let you have love. Or a sister who never will realize forgiveness. You didn't tell them that though. To be blunt, you only told Vanitas.
Tom pats your head gently. "I know you have difficult time trying to make up with your sister. But at least try and get along. Life keeps changing. But you are sisters. Learn to try and forgive okay, sweetie?"
You smile a bit as you mom and dad continues your group hug, the love and warmth exuding from you seeping into the heart of the broken and healing the shattered glass.
You are in your own room making a doll for Jagged stone although....I think you ran out of materials because some people just haven't return your belongings back and ran out. Talk about being a bratty-bossy sister Marinette is right now and then.
You'll have to buy more tools and art supplies when you have the time. Even though it pains you, you'll do what you were told and do the design how Bob wants.
