Well, it is one of the 6 vegapunks, exactly number 01. It appeared in chapter 1062 but its design was shown in chapter 1063.
It is from the egghead arc and for now (September 2023) it has not had its debut in the anime and it seems that it will remain only in this arc (Those who have already seen chapter 1077 will understand).
It is the goodness of Vegapunk, you could say that he is introverted but not shy, he is very reserved with his emotions. He is very proud so he is a bit narcissistic.
