Chapter 25 Come with me!

After they left Harvey , Noel ,Tim, Danny,  Liam and Robin all  get bamboo for flooring Daddy gets his machete and we split them into flat planks ,the bamboo was so big we got a few for each one then that saliva that the mer clan blows hard bubbles with, they used some to seal the planks to the frame.

Then ,we took a break and I took a dip in the pool ,towards the edge it was deep there too so I just relaxed " I thought you weren't mer clan?" I'm not, King Jin but I can swim definitely not as strong as you,I can't breathe under water but ,I can swim it's a good skill and good exercise!

He looks at me skeptically .. I giggled contrary to what you think I do enjoy swimming !
" What are you thinking  King Jin?"

Why ,did you not ignore me that day? " I know here it's kill ,or be killed but where I'm from kindness ,and forgiveness are virtues so what, I'm saying is I didn't want you to die, I never expected you to believe me ,I hoped to change your ending since, I have prior knowledge, of it I think it is very unfair that your lives are  dictated by your mates, I mean all females enjoy being spoiled but we all fall short ,and you should be able to choose again but that isn't the way here !"

Is, that the way your clan is? " That, is a muddy branch there King there are both good ,and bad but yeah men, and women can divorce, and remarry this place here is alot different, but isn't it good my Jessica, doesn't behave like those selfish, entitled brats?" Daddy states matter of factly.

They ,had a wall up an hour later ,I got out and pitched in that evening we had a simple two room hut we can add on to .

Robin got fruits, and nuts ,while Harvey gathered herbs,and the others caught a few rabbits ,and some short birds I started cutting up the potatoes, and  Tim, and Jasper are having a little fun to see who can get done first.

Awhile later, the food was simmering Lanze, got out of the water a scoots over to me suddenly there are "ROAR" growls and howling " Oh no Winston!" I ran but Liam caught me with his tail " Jessica wait!"  Let me see!

Daddy ran over " It's poison!" No! I cried.. Can ,any of you scent is it scorpion poison? Harvey ,ran to him sniffing " Yes!"

I hung my head .. It's my fault I shouldn't have asked them to go, it's the Ape king not only does he want Winston gone out of fear but Qin wants me offed!

" No this isn't your fault mate !" Tears fell from my eyes...Winston  where are Shuu ,and Jasper?
Ape king ,convinced  "aggh " It's me holding your hand Winston I know your seeing things !

Ape king, is he holding them hostage to get to me? "No ,Ape Queen wants King Jin!"

I took a deep breath " King Jin, let's speak privately!" He, looks at me I walk to the far edge ,of the pool away from the others  " What do you want to do, you can be my mate if you're want to! I have already, told you what will happen but she won't listen to sensible words!"

He looks at me, staring at me quietly " Regardless ,of what you choose I have to go get Shuu, and Jasper if you never mated her then then the, only way to prove it is to mate with me!"

I blushed at my words " I'll let you think, it over but I have to go by tomorrow morning!" I start to stand but...
He grabs my hand " Why?" Why what?

" Why are you offering to mate me?" I look at him... Because,  you helped me when you didn't have to, because even though your position as king ,may cause you to be cruel at times I see you have a good heart,  and I need to apologize for stripping, in front of you that night I was so tired I didn't remember, you were in the room until after ! " Come with me!" I, look at him and nod.
