The next day, I arrive on set and spot Ben walking to his dressing room. I follow him and knock on his door. He opens and greets me with a smile.

"Hey, Joe. Come in." I step inside and sit on his couch. I begin to speak. "Look, Ben, I'm really sorry. I should have knocked last night." Ben starts to laugh. "Joe, it's fine. Besides, we're shooting our first intimate scene today." My eyes widen.

THEO: I guess so.

MIKE:  So, any ideas of what you wanna do?

THEO: Just talk.

MIKE: Hm.

And as said in the script (still in character), Ben turns to me and looks at me directly in the eye. I smile lightly.

THEO: What?

MIKE: Nothing.

He leans in to kiss me, the cameras focusing in on us. I kiss him back but pull away, looking at him in surprise.

THEO: Mike...

MIKE: Stop talking.

We begin to rehearse the scene we will be shooting tomorrow where Theo and Mike have sex for the first time. We begin to rehearse:

MIKE: Theo, about yesterday-

THEO: What about it?

MIKE:  We can't tell anyone.

THEO: Why would I tell anyone?

THEO: I get it, Mike. I do.

"Um, Ben, sorry, I think I had to go do something tonight. I'll see you tomorrow." Without looking back, I take my things and walk out of his trailer, feeling a tear run down my cheek.

At least I had a date with Gwilym, one of the extras last night. 

But I don't think he can help me get over how I feel about Ben.
