~Dylan's Point of View~
-Few days later-
Not having Lucy around was pretty lonely because I was so used to having her company. Then I started thinking, "This is how it'll be once she's adopted". After finishing all the chores in the house I just laid down and relaxed when there was a knock on the door. Seeing as though I was alone with Hunter and Nathan, I knew I was going to have to answer it. I lazily got up and walked over to the door to see Greg standing there.
"Hey man, what's up?" I said inviting Greg inside.
"Just came to see what you're up to."
Nathan was peering from the other room to try to eavesdrop for whatever reason, "Hey Greg lets head to my room." I looked over at Nathan who was still trying to listen in, "I'll watch Hunter."
Once we got to my room Greg didn't seem like himself. Usually he grabs the chair from my desk but right now he just stayed standing while I sat on my bed with Hunter. "What's the matter Greg?"
"There's something I want to ask you... but never mind forget it..."
"What is it?"
"Well... do you remember Tiffany Sheppard?"
"Yeah. Isn't she that cheerleader that's always being stuck up?"
"Yeah well I asked her to go out with me and she agreed buuuut yesterday she told me that she can't because her cousin has to stay at her place and she can't go."
"Okay? What does that have to do with me?"
"...Her cousin is Sandy Thomas." I jumped up to protest when Greg interrupted me, "Come on just do this one thing for me." He started to plead with me, "Please just do this one thing!"
"No way that's insane!" but the way he started to look so desperate I began to feel guilty. Shaking my head out of the possibility I might go I stuck to my answer, "No! I'm not gonna do it!"
"Dylan! Sandy is already head over heels in love with you! Just go out with her for one night! I promise I'll never ask anything like this again!"
I know I'm going to hate myself for this, "... Fine, I'll do it. But one date though!"
Greg immediately hugged me and shook my shoulders, "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"
I know I'm going to regret this decision.

"What are you getting all dressed up for?" Mrs. Reed asked as she walked into my room.
I was at myself in the mirror buttoning up my long sleeved dress shirt, "Greg has me coming on a double date with him and this cheerleader from school."
