Riki and Sunghoon have been married for several years. His husband works as an assistant director in a rather large corporation and lately has not been paying attention to him at all. He cites the constant backlogs at work and, generally speaking, Riki wasn't too bothered by it, up until a certain point. When the delays at work became almost a regular occurrence. Now it seems to him that his husband has just settled on it and is working there non-stop. He can't even remember the last time they went out or just did anything together.

Riki works as a graphic designer for the same company as his husband, but from home. So he doesn't have to spend time commuting to work. He has plenty of free time when there are no orders or he gets through them quickly. All the household chores are on him because he doesn't want to burden his husband with them, who already works hard. Speaking of the husband, Riki has a free day today, so he decides to text Hoon to see when he'll be home. He wants to have a romantic dinner since it's their anniversary tonight. Taking his phone from the bedside table he quickly dials a message.

Me

Hoonie, when are you coming back today? :)

Hoonie ♥

It's late, you don't have to wait for me.Too much work to do.

Riki gets upset seeing the message from his husband. He bit his lip and holding back tears, he types a reply.

Me

Okay, good luck!Love you <3

Ni-Ki pouts and groans exhaustedly not getting a reply to his message. Doubts have been creeping into his head lately, and the rumors he hears coming into the office from time to time only make his suspicions stronger. Of course, he thinks it's all just gossip and shouldn't be believed, but... The constant delays at work and his unwillingness to have sex with him, make him suspicious. Maybe his husband is no longer interested in him in that way? Has the relationship grown tiresome? Perhaps he should calmly talk to Sunghoon about it.

"God, I really don't know what to do. I need to talk to someone about this," he thinks and clicks on the right phone number. Three beeps go by and the person on the other side finally answers him.

"Hello? Riki-a? Hey, baby. How are you?" Sunoo's cheerful voice makes him smile.

"Sunoo, I'm not sure... Can we meet? I don't want to talk about it over the phone," Riki is a bit nervous as he knows that his husband won't like it that he is meeting his ex-boyfriend. And he's also the one asking for one, but he doesn't have to know, does he?

"Sure, babe. Shall we meet at our favorite cafe or should I come to your place?" he asks.

"Cafe, in a couple hours."

"Okay, I'll meet you there, Riki-a. Bye-bye," they say goodbye and Riki drops the call.

Riki approaches the cafe and walks inside the pastel-colored room. Peach-colored walls, large windows overlooking a small river, and small tables, each enclosed by a partition. There is always such a comfortable atmosphere here. He remembers when he and Sunoo first stumbled upon this place together and it has been their regular meeting place ever since.

He notices an older waving at him and he moves towards him with a small smile. He walks towards him and they hug tightly. A hug with Sunoo is always so comforting to him and he feels the warmth that he hasn't received from his husband in a long time. They sit down at a table and the waiter rushes them for their order, the guys order their favorite dishes and Riki decides to finally talk about what has been bothering him.
