We both fell asleep and I woke up in Jake's arms he was sound asleep, so I slowly moved his arm from my body and got a shower. Jake woke up eventually he was already downstairs on my couch eating my cereal, so I sat down next to him. We laughed for hours as he had a free day he had no filming to do, then my door knocked. "Shit Y/n it's Tara" Jake whispered, "Fuck what are we going to do" I whispered back. "I don't know just answer it" he whispered back, I answered and she barged in and saw Jake. " WTF Y/N I DON'T BELIEVE YOU!", "Tara calm down it's what it looks like," I said calmly. "ARE YOU SURE BECAUSE YOUR WEARING JAKE'S SHIRT!" she shouted, fuck I forgot to change it Tara goes to hit me and Jake stops in the way.
Jake Webbers pov
Y/n answered the door and in barges Tara shouted at her, Y/n was trying to be calm about the situation but Tara was having none of it. She goes to swing at Y/n but I stand in the way and grabbed her and sat her down "Tara sit the fuck down!" I shouted. After a while, Tara calmed down and we spoke like adults, " Look Tara we are not together and I like Y/n and there is nothing you can do" I said "I'm sorry I didn't know you felt like this, and sorry y/n for shouting at you" Tara said "It's okay your our friend still just don't judge us we are going to be dating and I and you haven't been together for a while and I want to move on" I replied.
Y/n pov
Jake and Tara were talking things out and she eventually apologized for nearly hitting me, she wasn't ready to let Jake go. But she was super understanding that we were getting feelings for each other, "Tara I'm sorry I didn't tell you about me and Jake but I knew you would act like this your my best friend and I love you" I said "I love you too Y/n and I totally get I understand you always like Jake" she said " I saw how well you guys got on when I used to date him and I could feel the chemistry then" she continued. "Oh, thanks for telling Jake that now "I laughed, Jake turned and smiled at me. We all sorted it out and Tara gave her blessing for us to date and this is how I know she is my best friend.
