"KENDALL!" I hear Connor scream. I immediately run, and I hear everybody else running behind me. I run into his room, and Lily's standing in the corner, looking frightened.

"KENDALL, WHERE ARE YOU?!" Connor shouts. He's looking around frantically.

"Connor, I'm right here," I say, walking over to the bed and touching his arm. He looks up and sees me.

"I thought you were dead," he says, hugging me. They took the tubes out yesterday.

"You had a memory flash, didn't you?" I ask. He nods into my shoulder, and I hug him tight.

"I'm okay. I've been okay since the crash," I say, rubbing his back. He sobs into my shoulder, and I notice that Lily's still in the corner. Connor looks up and sees her.

"I'm sorry," he says. She walks over and kisses his forehead.

"It's okay. It just scared me, that's all. The next time it happens, it won't scare me," she says, smiling.

"We need to get back home, but we'll come back soon," I say. He nods, and I leave. Everybody's outside the room, waiting.

"What happened?" Natalie asks. They all turn to me. We walk into the elevator and start to go down.

"He had a memory flash of the crash. He thought I died," I say. Toby puts an arm around my shoulders.

"He's okay now, right?" he asks me.

"For now, but who knows how many times it's going to happen?" I ask.

"If he freaks out while you're at school, we'll wait for you guys outside when school ends. Expect us some days," Thomas says. I nod, and we go our separate ways.

The feeling comes back. I run around the house, looking for one.

"Kendall, are you okay?" Toby asks as I rush by him.

"I've checked every drawer in this house. There isn't one," I say as I check another drawer.

"What are you looking for?" he asks. I don't answer him. Instead, I run to my room. I find one and start to bring it to my wrist, but somebody slaps my hand, causing me to drop it. He pulls me into the corner, and we sit down. He holds me, and I cry.

"Please don't. It hurts me too," he says.

"I can't help it. I need to," I say.

"You need to stop it," he says.

"Toby, it's not that easy. I can't just wake up one day and say to myself 'Today, I'm going to overcome my habit of cutting.' It takes a lot of time," I say.

"I'll be there for you," he says. He starts to hum Soldier, and when the line comes, he sings it.

"I'll be your soldier," he sings.

"Be my soldier," I say.

AN: That's the end :'( Tell me what you think, and don't forget to vote and comment! I know, it was a short chapter, but I couldn't think of anything else. If anything, what I was thinking of was parts that would be in a threequel (Okay, I don't know what it would be called, so I'm calling it that) and I haven't seen any threequels, and I feel like a threequel would be too much. What do you think? Leave comments, and watch for my status as to what I'm going to do! Love you lots! -Emily
