Haru's pov
Mihi comes into my room around 7:30 ish. ''Wake up! School starts at 8:30! Let's not be late for the first day!''
My head pops out from the blanket. ''Hm? Right, school.'' I stretch my arms and walk out to the bathroom to get ready. My uniform was perfect fitted. The skirt was not to short, but still not long either. Also the colors were light so on hot days it wouldn't absorb as much heat.
I step out of my room to see Mihi making toast. ''Here, eat this and this, it'll help you get through your day.''
We finish our food fast. ''Hold on Haru, I need to get my bag and we'll go.''
I remember to put on my sunglasses before we exit.
The school was a couple blocks away from the girl's dorm. I was amazed how many students were there. ''Do... All students who live on campus go here?''
Mihi shakes her head. ''No, people can attend the school, living here is optional.''
I observed how everyone was in some sort of a clique. Boys too. There was this one big group of boys that were all horsing around. Then it occurred to me that it was Jungkook.
I tug on Mihi's arm, ''Isn't that Jungkook?''
''Oh yeah! Hey, Kookie!'' She waves.
He looks over to where we are. Some boys walk away. Jungkook walks up to us, ''Hey! Welcome to your first day Haru!''
''Thanks...'' I say shyly
''We're's my bro?'' Mihi asks
Jungkook shrugs, ''Should be around here- ah!''
Jimin comes from behind and jumps on him, ''Here I am Kookie~''
Jungkook shakes him off, ''Aish, don't do that!''
We all walk into the school together. It was hard keeping up because as Mihi said, Jimin and Jungkook were EXTREMELY popular. Girls pushed us away so they can walk closer to them. I picked up my books and fees from the office. I finally got my homeroom, which was with all of them. I was really happy. I waited outside as the teacher talked about a new student.
''Please come in.'' I hear her say.
I walk in cautiously and face the class. I saw that Jimin sat with his sister and that Jungkook sat alone. I was hoping I sat with him since he's the only familiar face.
''Please introduce yourself.''
I bow, ''G-good morning... Uh, i'm Oh Haru.''
''What's with the glasses?'' Someone blurts
"Are you blind?"
"Are your eyes swollen?"
"Did you get laser eye surgery?"
"Are you missing eyes?"
I could sense myself turning red. I look at the teacher and she tells me to please take them off. I see Jungkook smiling and makes a motion to take them off too. I take a deep breath and whip them off, making the whole class gasp and mumble about me. I immediatly lower my head.
''Hush now class! Okay Haru, you can sit next to Jungkook there. And you can call me Mrs. Kwon.''
I thank the teacher and walk to Jungkook. Obviously people stared and gaped at me. Not in a good way either.
Nobody focused in class. I couldn't even. Everybody, at least three times (besides Jimin, Mihi and Jungkook) turned around and looked at me. They would pretend to reach behind and look at their bag but It's obvious they wanted to look at my eyes. I tried to brush it off but I just couldn't, nobody could if they were in my shoes.
