Three Years Later.
She gazed attentively at the sea of clouds, aimlessly stroking her wavy dark-brown hair. As she observed the cloud's natural tides; her eyes were fixated at an unknown, unfamiliar object.
"Do you see anything?" A familiar woman's voice boomed from behind.
She turned her head around, crossing her arms. It was Raki: one of the Shandia Warriors.
"I see nothing strange, except for that thing over there." She pointed at the mysterious object floating amidst the clouds.
"Oh?"
The brown-haired woman put her hand on her forehead, squinting her eyes.
"What is that thing...?" Dyani paused, lowering her head in confusion.
...
The ship travelled steadily over the mystifying clouds, as the sail danced along with the breeze of the sea. Unbeknownst to the gold-loving pirates, their foreign ship has caught the attention of the island's inhabitants.
"We're travelling on clouds! Woohoo!" Exclaimed the overjoyed captain.
"I can't believe it! It's like I'm in heaven!" Said long-nose, observing the mesmerising clouds beneath them.
"I think I see an island up ahead!" Cried the orange-haired woman, pointing at Angel Beach.
"Really? Yahoooooo!!" Luffy jumped excitedly, stretching his arms as far as he could.
"Wait-" Shouted the rest of the crew.
Their efforts lead to nothing, as he was far gone before they could even finish their sentences.
...
The two warriors inspected in detail as the peculiar object continued to float, they watched like a hawk hunting their prey, not daring to move nor make a single sound.
All of a sudden, a long rope-like object stretched all the way to Angel Beach, coming out of the bizarre entity they had been keeping their eyes on.
"What was that?!" Raki cried out, horrified by the thing they had just seen.
The sound of clattering teeth was the only noise that came out of them.
"I-I'll go check..." Dyani muttered, breaking the silence. As she stood up, a lump appeared in the back of her throat.
"Wait! What if it's... his doing?" She whispered, blocking out the wreathful god's name.
The brunette shook her head, her face turning more serious.
"No, I can feel it. It's not him!" She took a deep, sharp breath in.
Before Dyani could walk away, she grabbed ahold of her hand.
"Are you sure? You could..."
"Raki, I told you! It's not him. I promise. I'll be safe!" She assured her, although her heart was palpitating immensely.
Dyani looked at her with a passionate gaze, the fire in her eyes could lit a million candles.
"Alright, I won't stand in your way."
The black-haired woman released her grasp, her face stayed tense even after she sighed.
"I promise."
