You, Ai and your manager Saitou were at a hospital by the medical practice side this is so no one could tell by you and Ai and to keep you two hidden and not be exposed of being an Aunt and Mother.

"Hello, Thank you for waiting." The doctor said entering the room

"Let's see... So this is your younger sisters first visit, Hoshino-san?" the doctor asked you as you nodded

"Yes." you said

"Are you their father?" the doctor asked Saitou

"Well, on paper they grew up in a children's home, and I 'm their de facto guardian, or rather their guarantor." Saitou explained

"Sensei, how is it looking? Any chance she just has a terrible case of constipation?" the manager asked the doctor worried about Ai.

"How in the world did this happen?" Saitou asked, "As your agency's president, why didn't you consult me?" Saitou then looks at you

Ai did tests throughout the whole day it was afternoon and you three were looking at the ultrasound results your eyes widen.

"The results of the examination are as follows: 20 weeks pregnant, triplets." the doctor said

"Triplets?" you three said shock, "Triplets.." you said as shocking as it seems you find it adorable and sweet it may be hard for Ai to take care of three babies she can hardly take care of herself.

"Ai, you serious about carrying them to term?" Saitou asked, "If it gets out that you've become pregnant at 16 and given birth you and y/n's careers will be finished Y/n will get most of the hate since she's knows that you were pregnant." Saitou said Ai thought for a few seconds before she turned to you.

"What are your thoughts, Oneechan?" Ai asked you, "It rests on you Ai, think if you want to become a mother and risk being disliked by many people for that reason that's all I can say." you said

"Then if my Oneechan says that then I accept these kids." Ai said as the president was shock you cheered happily for your sister.
