*LOUD SCREAMING*

*SILENCE*

*FOOTSTEPS*

Oh merlin, please don't....

*SLAM*

I wait a few minutes before I go downstairs.

I think it's clear.

The stairs creek underneath me

curse these fucking stairs

I make it downs stairs, nothing-wait...Sirius...?

I sprint towards him, he's laying on the floor surrounded by blood-his own blood.

Multiple cuts and bruises cover his body.

I move to check his pulse, it's there but barely, I hold his face in my handstand shake him, nothing, no movement at all.

"Sirius!" I shake him once again,nothing.

fuck, please don't be dead

"Sirius wake up!" a choked sob leaves my throat, salty tears roll down my face, my vision getting blury.

"Regulus?"

The voice makes me freeze, at first I thought it was Sirius but no, I know that voice anywhere.
