Iseul's POV
"He's so into building artists. He promises artists so much" I said
"Jake," I said
"Yes," Jake said
"Should we audition for impact? You want to come" I said
"Are you trying to be funny? They only recruit men." Jake said
"Gosh, what are you watching? It's so boring. Right?", "Yes. Hey, let's watch this. It's Typhoon" my mom said
She grabs the remote control and switches the channel to a music channel showing Thai singer Typhoon, I get so excited cause I'm into the music from her times. My mom is Thai while my dad is Korean but he is no longer here with us since he passed away when I was younger.
"Typhoon was so handsome back then, wasn't he?" my mom said
"Hey, he's still handsome now," I said
"That's true," my mom said
"Mom, do you know that he's my senior?" I said
"Yes?" my mom said
"Oh, my gosh," we both said at the same time while giggling
"I should go to class," Jake said while getting up from the table.
"See you. Goodbye" he said
"Goodbye," my mom and Jake's mom said at the same time.
"Jake, let me go with you," I whine but he had already left before I could say anything else.
Someone's POV
"Proceed with the same plan. Fire the same kid named Ice, and find someone to replace him" he said
"Our artist recruitment team had the chance to meet an interesting pair of twins at the A Plus audition," another person said
"Did they?" he said
"This is the oldest named Heeseung." someone said "Okay," he said
"This is the younger one named Jake," someone said "I like the younger one, he has the face of impact, he's ready to work. Go and get him." he said "Okay," someone said

It was everyone's first day as a trainee there were 30 contestants waiting to be on stage to perform in front of the judges. Me and Heeseung were awkward with each other due to the previous day when he tried to kiss and confess his feelings towards me while we were having fun playing with the piano while I sang one of our written songs but I rejected him and told him I only have feelings for Jake and he told me he understood that he just wanted to tell me.
Iseul's POV
"You said you would put on the hairclip," Heeseung said
"I forgot," I said he nodded believing what I said we were quiet for a second until I saw Jake.
"Jake," I said
Heeseung turned to look at Iseul while she was looking at Jake until she turned to meet Heeseung eyes, he looked sad he fixed his bag while turning to look at Jake. When Jake made it towards both of them there was some tension between all three of them.
It was time for all three of them and 3 new people who joined to make it a group, they were waiting their turn behind the stage and finally, it was their turn they perform Not today by BTS while performing one of the new members named Henry sprained his leg while dancing.
The first judge gave a compliment to Henry then the next judge said "Have you ever heard the phrase 'the show must go on'? Just because a teammate fell, you stopped the show" he said. "Heeseung, what you did is called abandoning the audience. Actually trying to perform until the end of the show is the responsibility of a performer. And if you don't understand something this simple, it will be hard for you to be a professional artist." the other judge said. "I'm sorry, no one on this team made it," the second judge said.
Everyone started to get off the stage I cried while staying on the stage I told all 3 judges the reason why we were trying to be singers and all 3 of them decided to give us a second chance. We left to get prepared again and we just sang to Astronomy by Conan Gray and we all passed together. Outside in the lobby, we were all getting interviewed by reporters.
Jake's POV
"You're Jake, right?" someone said
'Yes" I said
"My boss would like to talk to you, please come this way for a second," he said
"Sure," I said
"Hello, Jake," his boss said
"Hello," I said
"First, let me introduce myself," his boss said
"I'm Dae-ho, the vice president of HYBE Entertainment," he said
"Well, I wanted to say that a talented person like you shouldn't waste time on contests. Would it be possible for you to quit the contest and become HYBE's artist? We would like you to join Impact. We have everything ready for you." Dae-ho said.
"Thank you. If I'm interested, I'll contact you" I said and walked away.
The next day I was walking to the cafe owned by my mother I was carrying a box inside when I saw her standing talking to an unknown man he was demanding we pay back a loan that was taken out by my father million dollar loan that she had to pay back cause my father had passed away.
I ran home to see how much money I had saved up and it wasn't enough I had only saved $140 and needed the money or they would take my mom's cafe.
End of Jake's POV
The day of the second day as a trainee all 6 of us were gathered waiting to be called again.
"You're Iseul's team, right?" a director said to us "Yes," everyone said at the same time.
"Well, your team will no longer be in the contest," he said "What?" we all said. "What do you mean by that?" Iseul said. "Well...Your team has been disqualified" he said.
"What?" everyone said.

Been busy with work and on my days off I'm so tired that I don't want to do anything but I'll try to update this book as much as possible
