Sing Again, Love Again (EN-Heeseung/Jake X Reader)

Chapter 4

Heeseung's POV

BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Baby's name: Sim Jaeyun 

Mother's name: Sim Gyeong 

Baby's name: Lee Heeseung

Mother's name: Lee Choon-hee

"So, did you find it?" Iseul said. "I did," I said "Let's go," she said. Iseul started to grab her bag. 

"Iseul," I said 

"What?" she said 

"Go and get some rest, I'll take it to my mom myself," I told her 

"It's fine. Let's go together" she said 

"It's okay. I'm going to stay with her" I told her

"Right. Is that what you want to do? But if you need my help, call me, okay? Tell her to get well soon." she said 

"I'm going," she said

She left, and while I kept looking at the birth certificates I looked at mine more at my mother's name.

~Time skip~

Jake had his head on the side of the hospital bed while holding his mother's hand. His mom had woken up and stroking his hair resulted in him waking up and he was glad she was finally awake.

Jake's POV

"I know you've done a lot for me," I told her while smiling at her and holding her hand still

"You've done so much," I told her 

"I know..." I was nervous about telling her

"I'm not your biological son" I finally said 

She looked at me confused, let go of my hand, stroked my cheek, and said "Jake, give me a hug." I got up and laid my head on her chest while I was crying while she was lying down stroking my back. "Jake, are you really ok?" she said. I got up and looked at her with a smile showing that I was okay which I was. "I'm okay, Mom," I told her. We were having our mom-and-son moment when we heard someone come in we both looked at the door and saw Heeseung coming in.

No One's POV

Heeseung came in while holding a bag with extra clothes, the documents he needed for her, and the birth certificates he glanced at his mom with no expression while his mom gave him a sweet, warm smile and then turned to look at Jake who was sitting at their mom's right side. 

Heeseung POV

"Can I talk to Mom in private?" I said to Jake

"Mom, I'm going now, If you need anything, just call me," Jake told mom

"Okay," Mom said to him

I was watching them both, feeling hurt, feeling betrayed. Jake got up and was about to leave but stopped and turned to me to tell me to take care of Mom and left.

"Heeseung," mom said 

I turned around to grab my birth certificate and raised it to her level so she could see what I found.

"What is this, Mom?" I said.

She was surprised and sighed looked away and turned back to me.

"What is this, Mom?" I said raising my voice a little louder.

"Does Jake know about this?" I said.

"I found out just now that Jake knows about it," she told me.

"Everyone knows....except for me," I said, feeling hurt.
