Traveling from Jamaica to Madagascar was almost torture.

It took about 50 hours of travel total.

50 hours. Fifty. Five-zero.

They had multiple stops along the way, as there were simply, and understandably, no direct flights from Jamaica to Madagascar.

"I just hope the treasure is still there by the time we're finally off of these god forsaken planes," Indy had mumbled, saying something to a similar effect multiple times throughout their journey.

For the first time since they had begun this entire treasure hunt, they had seats next to each other on their flights. All the other flights they had been on were booked last minute, so they could only get whatever seats were left over. This time, however, the flights they booked weren't completely last minute, so they had more of an option with their seats.

Harry was surprised when Indy didn't fight him after he suggested they sit next to each other on each flight.

Harry was even more surprised when, during one of their flights, Indy fell asleep and her body had shifted off to the side, with her head falling onto Harry's shoulder.

The moment that it happened, Harry froze. He was watching something random on the sorry excuse of a TV that each seat had, headphones on and all, and he wasn't paying attention to the fact that Indy had fallen asleep at all. At first, he almost flinched, wondering what she was doing, but then he put two and two together and realized that she was sleeping.

He carefully turned his head ever so slightly to the side, glancing down at her out of the corner of his eyes. Harry didn't dare move too much, out of fear of disturbing her and ruining the moment.

The 50 hour journey could have lasted forever as long as Indy's head was gently nestled upon Harry's shoulder as she slept. He didn't think he had ever enjoyed a flight so much. In fact, he had no recollection of what he had watched, because he was too focused on Indy asleep on him.

Harry was practically devastated when Indy stirred in her sleep and readjusted her position, instead moving to lean the other way, away from Harry.

Every time the flight attendants came around with snacks for the passengers, Harry had grabbed an extra serving for Indy, despite her being asleep.

"Can I get one for the lady, too, please?" He always asked, using his charming smile to convince the flight attendants.

The flight attendants practically fell in love with Harry right away. He was too charming for his own good, and they noticed the way he looked at Indy when she was asleep.

"You two are so cute together," one of the attendants had said quietly while Indy was asleep on Harry's shoulder.

Harry had smiled in response and said, "you should tell her that. I'm trying to convince her of that myself."

The attendant gave him a somber smile, realizing that they weren't actually together, but not wanting to comment on it further.

When Indy finally woke up and saw the pile of snacks on her seat tray in front of her, she instantly looked over at Harry, but he was fast asleep himself. She made the correct assumption that he had gathered them for her, and felt her heart thump once at his thoughtfulness.

The rest of their journey went similarly. They waited together in the airport lounges during layovers and slept through most of their flights, exhausted from all of the traveling and exploring.

During one of their layovers, the pair were sitting at one of the cafes in the airport. Harry had gone to use the restroom, leaving Indy alone at the table.
