Y/n's pov
Today I am getting ready for camp my parents told me it would be a good idea to send me to summer camp since they think i don't spend enough time outside what's even worst is that NONE of my friends are going I asked some if they could join but they have family vacation i wish my parents never thought about this stupid idea.
“y/n hurry up let's go!” my mom yelled out
“hold on mom!” I said getting my backpack around my arms
“come on sweetie were gonna be late!” she honked
“This shit heavy” I whispered to myself
“omg that was heavy” i said putting on my seat belt
“and mom do I really have to go i mean i can start going outside more- and why do I have to go outside I'm not a little kid no more”
“well i know but I mean you can make new friends,have fun,or maybe have a camp crush?” my mom joked
“maybe..”
At camp
“ill see you in a week honey bye!”
“byee” I yelled quietly and waved good bye
“hey you must be y/n right?” a camp counselor said
“uh yeah I'm y/n” i said
“well are you excited to be here for this week?!” he awkwardly said
That's when I saw a beautiful girl I've never seen walking to another camp counselor
“uh yeah sure..who's that?” I pointed out
“oh her yeah that's jenna she is a pretty cool person I would be friends with her if I were you-”
“what cabin number is she in?”
he said grabbing the list and reading it “cabin 2 I suppose”
“great and what is my cabin number?”
“cabin 2”
I smiled when he said that,that means we can talk to each other
I saw her walk into the cabin so I stopped my conversation with the camp counselor and walked to the cabin
I put my backpack down and thats when she asked my name
“hey you what's your name?” she said showing her pearly whites and having her hand out to shake my hand
