Blood princess and the knight characters watch future

Prologue

The moon chivalric order was bustling with activity, a sinkhole near their base exposed an ancient ruin. Lilith led most of the members to the ruin to investigate, not expecting Ji Yue and some others to be there as well. Ji Yue immediately recognised the group and cautiously gripped her weapon. Lilith began to regret coming to investigate, “I could have been slacking off but nooo, I just had to investigate ruins that would obviously attract other people.” The members of the moon chivalric order and Ji Yue’s group were about to attack each other before they were interrupted by a bright blue light that began to emerge from cracks in the floor. Huo Lei stood protectively in front of Lil Sha.

     The light grew brighter before two small seals appeared in the ground, Ke-er and Lylias appeared from the seals. Ke-er looked around with a scared expression before running to hide behind Lin. Lylias growled at the others in the room and prepared to fight before Lilith rushed over to her and grabbed her. Lilith gave the two people a run down of what happened. Ji Yue recognised Lylias as the Vampire queen and pointed her blade at her, “ Filthy demon you will pay for what you did to my brother !” Lylias looked at her confused before realising what she meant and grinned, “Are you sure you got your facts straight ?”. Ji Yue was about to charge when a voice echoed through the ruins, startling everyone.

     The voice sounded ancient and powerful, the air inside the ruins became ice cold and the people inside were stunned by the power from the voice. “ I know who you are,” the voice began, “ yet you don’t know me.” Everyone was alert and wary of the voice. “ I am Ensald, the protector of the world.” Suddenly the light began to increase in intensity causing everyone to cover their eyes to protect them. The voice continued, “I will not deceive you, my only goal is to assist lesser beings against Jurez. I have the best way to help.” The light disappeared leaving everyone in a disoriented state. 

     “ I will show you the past and future of a certain individual.” Everyone opened their eyes to see that they were in a theatre room with four exits and a letter on the ground explaining the layout of the place and how to pause to screen. Each seat had names attached to the seats. The moon chivalric order and the knights under Ji Yue were reluctant to sit near each other. “ I refuse to sit among those demons!” Ji Yue’s father shouted. 

     After everyone settled down and was seated the voice of Ensald spoke, informing them that the person they were about to watch was none other than Ji Bai. Everyone had mixed reactions at the news. Some knights didn't know who Ji Bai was, the members of the moon chivalric order were confused as to why their newest member was so important. Ji Yue was confused as she thought that her brother was dead. Ji Yue’s father shouted angrily, “Why are we focusing on that disgusting brat!” Lylias glared at the man before wondering what trouble Ji Bai was in now. The screen lit up and the viewing began.
