Manda: Let's have a friendly battle. What do you think about it?

Ji Bai turns away from Manda.

Ji Bai: Sorry, I'm not interested in it.

Ji Bai clenches his fists

Ji Bai:*A battle between knights? No, I've already lost my right to battle you.*

The knights looked at each other confused, "What does he mean, he is the Skyglory knight, he is the one everyone strives to rival." one of them asked aloud.

The scene transitions to a flashback

Blood territory, a year ago.

Ji Bai: After the defeat, I was embraced by the vampire queen. My appearance, voice, personality and way of thinking became completely different. Lylias made me undergo an overall transformation both internally and externally in order to make me accept the reality.

Lylias huffed and crossed her arms, "That's an exaggeration, I only transformed her physically."

Princess Bai Ji looked at her reflection in the window before clenching her fists.

Ji Bai began to walk away

Manda narrowed his eyes

Manda suddenly lunged toward him, his sword drawn

"How is he moving so fast in that suit?!" A knight asked in surprise.

Manda: He's wearing such a thick and heavy costume, yet his mobility is not affected at all... It's been a long time since I've last encountered such an opponent!

Ji Bai: He's for real, looks like I have no choice but to fight him!

Manda throws a sword to Ji Bai, which Ji Bai catches

Manda: Catch! Your weapon.

Ji Bai drops the sword.

Ji Bai: No thanks.

Ji Bai gets into a fighting stance
