Most of us girls went into the kitchen while the boys went and did there own thing for a bit.

We all washed our hands, and helped maya grab everything we needed for the cookies. Ok what ones are we making first Shannon asked.

How about we start with normal cookies first Madison said. Good idea Maya said. We all helped her measure out all the ingredients, Abby was wanting to put them all in.

Ok what do you think we add first Abby maya asked her. She thought for a moment and then pointed at the flour saying this one mama. That's right, can you put it in the bowl Maya said helping her grab it.

Yeah Abby said and dumped it all in the bowl. Good job, now what do we think is next Maya asked. This one she said pointing at the baking powder.

Yep Maya said grabbing a tea spoon and helped her get some on it. Ok dump or maya said and Abby did it.

Now that one she said pointing at the salt. That's right Maya said helping her get the right amount. I did it Abby said excited.

Someone's getting very good at cooking Dianna said. Learning and having fun at the same time, always works mom said chuckling.

Coming in hot Dallas said bringing over melted butter. I do it abby asked. No baby this one's hot Maya said letting Dallas just pour it in.

Now what mama Abby asked. Now we mix it can you do that Maya said. Yeah Abby said grabbing the spoon as Maya put it in.

She started mixing away and she was doing a pretty good job. When it was mixed enough maya took the spoon away so she could add the rest of the ingredients.

Ok what do we think is next Maya asked her. That one Abby said pointing at the brown sugar. Yep, can you put it in Maya said. Yeah Abby said and dumped it all in.

Next Maya asked. That one mama she said pointing at the white sugar. That's right Maya said and she did it. And last but not least what's this Abby Sarah asked her.

Coconut milk she said. Yeah, can you put it in she said. Yeah Abby said and put it in like the big girl she is.  What's next Maya asked her. That one mama she said pointing at the vanilla extract. That's right Maya said pouring out a tea spoon and letting her dump it in.

What do we do next Abby Shannon asked. Mix it Abby said. That's right Maya said giving the spoon back. Abby got to mixing and kept going until it was a little hard for her.
