It's been 5 months and Monami was already settled in the USA happily with her new job. Gauri was also with her. She was taking care of a three month's old pregnant woman... As in Monami. When Monami and Gauri went to the USA, after two months or so, Monami came to know about her sudden and unexpected pregnancy.
When Karan and Maan came to know about that, they wanted to go and meet her immediately but they weren't getting any time from their work. As they all wanted a fresh start, Karan was wrapping it all up in India. Maan and Shayla were helping him out so that, they all could go meet the soon to be Mumma. Shayla was the different case though because somewhere deep down, she actually cared for and loved Karan truly so, she wouldn't be able to bear that. So, she decided to stay in India itself.
Karan, Maan, Monami and Gauri were still connected with eachother through phone calls, messages and video calls. Whenever Karan video calls Monami, she would always complain him that in that crucial time of a situation where she needs him the most, he isn't there with her. He would always tell her that he is making a safe world for their Princess and she would always argue that they will be having a Prince and not a Princess.
Karan (Irritatingly) - Tumhe aisa kyu lagta hai ke beta hi hoga, beti nahi?
Monami (Like a child) - Maa kon hai? Main ke tum? To instincts kiski sahi hogi? Meri ke tumhari? Mujhe lagta hai ke beta hoga, to beta hi hoga...!!!
Karan (To calm her down) - Acha okey, just calm down. Aisi halat me, tumhara itna excited hona sahi nahi hai. Beta to beta hi sahi, vo humari nishani hoga... (Mischievously) Lekin mujhe ab bhi lagta hai ke meri Princess, meri bachi, humari beti ka rup lekar vapas aa rahi hai. Tum dekhna Beti hi hogi...!!!
Monami (Irritatingly) - KARAN...!!! I hate you...!!! Tum mujhe bahot pareshaan kar rahe ho. Mujhe tumse baat hi nahi karni, bye...!!!
She immediately cut the call in irritation while Karan just laughed a little. After a week, when she went for her regular checkup with Gauri, she got to know that she's going to have twins, a girl and a boy so, she immediately called Karan and gave him that happy knews.
Karan/Monami (Excitedly together) - Dekha maine kaha tha na ke beti/beta hi hogi/hoga...???!!!
Hearing that question, both of them laughed heartily. After some time, she talked to her brother and conveyed him the happy news.
Maan (Excitedly) - Really, Monu...???!!! Kya main sach me tere do - do bacho ka Mama bannewala hu?
Monami (Happily) - Yes Maan, you will be...!!! (Pouting like a child) Please, ab to aa jao na tum dono mere pass. Aisa bhi kya kaam hai ke jisko pura karna zaroori hai?
Maan (With a smile) - Yaha Jiju ko bahot kaam hai. Illegal business ko rokne ke alava legal business ko in sabse completely alag karna zaroori hai, taaki jo log unke liye kaam karte the, vo unemployed na ho jay.
Monami (Giggling a little) - Ye Jiju kya hota hai? Abhi humari shaadi nahi bui hai, Maan. Kuch bhi bolte ho tum...!!! Aur zara mujhe ye batao ke Mafia ke logo ko hotel business me kya samjh aanewala hai, jo tum log unhe vaha as employees rakhna chahte ho? Aur fir vaha pehle se bhi to employees ki ek puri team hogi na, unka kya?
Maan (With an attitude) - Are abhi nahi hui hai lekin kabhi to hogi na...??? Aur jab Jiju ko khudko koi problem nahi hai, to tujhe kyu problem hai? Jiju ne khud mujhe samne se unhe ab se Jiju bulane kaha tha, to main bas unki baat maan raha hu.
Aur tu na khamakha business ke baare me sochkar khudko stress mat de. Tere nonexistent dimaag pe aur zor mat de varna meri niece aur mere nephew ka kya hoga yaar...!!! Kuch to soch Monu, ab tu Maa bannewali hai...!!!
Monami (Astonishingly) - Nonexistent dimaag...???!!! Tum mujhe akal se paidal samjhte ho? How dare you? Where is your Idiotic Boss? Usse kehna hai mujhe ke ye kin logo ko job de rakhi usne ke jo mere sath aise baat karte hai??? Kaha hai vo?
Maan (Rolling his eyes) - Oye drama queen...!!! Bas haan...!!! Bahot kar liya drama. Ab sidhe se phone rakh aur chupchap jakar soja. Vaha aadhi raat ho rahi hai abhi. Tere liye itna late tak jagna acha nahi hai aur tu abhi tak jag rahi hai...!!! Ja jakar so ja.
Monami (Rolling her eyes) - Whatever...!!!
She cut the call and went to sleep after drinking some warm milk. Gauri and Monami were using the same room because of her pregnancy. Gauri had lost her husband and daughter brutally so, she didn't want to happen anything to Monami because she has started to consider Monami as her own birth child, her own daughter.
She wasn't aware about her daughter's cruel death and that too because of Vikram. She was told that Kiya's death was an accident. Karan and Maan were also told the same. She was traumatized after hearing about her daughter's painful death. Somehow, she was thinking that her daughter is coming back through this pregnancy. On the other hand, Monami was feeling as if her younger brother whom she lost so brutally because of her cruel fate, is coming back to her through her pregnancy.
It's been another month, Karan and Maan were finally free. They were going to surprise her and so, they didn't inform either of them. When they finally reached there, Monami has already started to feel her mood swings on a full volume. It was her 5th month of pregnancy and she was badly missing her soon to be Husband and her Brother. When they finally met, she was in happy tears but still was complaining about them being so much late and scolded them for a very long time whereas, Gauri was just enjoying her Son's miserable state as Monami's pregnancy was already taking a toll on her and he also was late very much.
