[Y/n's Pov]
Being in the Hermes' cabin sucks. I've been here since I was 7, you'd think I'd be claimed by now. Its whatever though.
I drag myself out of bed to avoid getting dragged out of it by Clarisse. After making it to the outside of the cabin, I finally stand and go looking for something to do.
"What to do?" I muttered before a voice behind me answers.
"Hey, loser. How about we train?" Clarisse asked as she put her hand on my head and messes up my hair.
"I may like being choked but I need a break," I say as I turn to look up at her.
"Why do I even bother with you?" She asks as she walks away.
"Cause you love me," I shout as she flips me off.
Now, that I was alone again I started to mess with my camp beads, my finger going over the same bead for a few minutes before going off to look for Luke or Annabeth.
[Annabeth's Pov]
Luke had asked me to find Y/n as he was supposed to do training with him. I finally found him resting against Thalia's pine tree.
"Hey, I've been looking for you. I should've known you'd be here," I told him as I sat down with him.
He didn't respond or even look at me, just kept staring off. I once again tried to solve who his godly parent was.
Aphrodite? Has the looks but no.
Apollo? Maybe but it doesn't feel right.
I hate this, I should know. Im the daughter of Athena, how do I not know?
"Am I that good looking? Don't be getting lost in my eyes Chase" Y/n remarked.
"Don't call me Chase," I told him sternly
He laughed, so I glared at him causing him to laugh more. I eventually joined him in his laughter. After calming down, I hugged him.
"You good?" I asked but I knew he wasn't, he wouldn't be beside the tree if he was.
"I'll be fine," he said as he got up and left but not before touching the tree.
[Y/n's Pov]
I walked to the big house to see if Chiron needed help with anything.
"Y/n you are just in time, I need you to come with me and Grover,"
"You? I get Grover but you? Are they that powerful? Do you just want company that isn't mortals? I get it," I said without breathing.
"Yes, me. That is exactly why I want you to come, only for the company," Chiron stated, clearly amused.
"When do we leave?" I questioned being impatient.
"Now" Chiron said as he picked me up.
