Jane's eyes were hazel, her nose was slightly longer than Harry's and there was no scar on her forehead, but they had the same thin face, same mouth, same eyebrows; Jane's hair stuck up at the back exactly as Harry's did, her hands were more feminine and smaller than Harry's and Harry could tell that, when Jane stood up, they would be within an inch of each other in height.
"Be brave like my mother, Professor... ." - Harry to Slughorn.
Jane sat comfortably between her son and Poseidon, lazily leaning against the broad chest of her lover. Her hands still intertwined with Harry's, drawing circles on his palm which calmed and put at ease on the boy. She had grown excited about the chance to see her little boy's life, with soft affirmation from the boy of course.
Harry didn't exactly like the idea. But the way his mother looked at him tenderly, excitedly and ready, he didn't have it in him to oppose. She looks so happy, it warms his heart. He didn't want to sadden her.
He glanced at his father, and was surprised to see him looking at him and his mother with a loving look on his face. His eyes were expressively soft and gentle unlike how he talked to his brothers minutes ago.
Harry, uncomfortable as he finds himself to be, averts his gaze and locked with the same eyes as he has. Percy shakily smiled at him and he consciously nodded back at his half-brother. He doesn't know how to behave with these newly introduced relatives of his. Percy seems to be in the same state as he is. The boy doesn't know what to feel about the whole situation.
Jane sighed wistfully, and excitedly pointed to the big screen in front of them. "Let's start now!" She was so excited! Her son's life? The future?! The future's past and the past's futures? Confusing but exciting. Don't asked what that exactly means, Jane definitely just made that up.
Hers and P's. Come to think of it, P stand for Poseidon, right? Huh, guess Remus has been right after all. She was a bit of an idiot.
She has a son. P has a son. Not just with her apparently. With many women. But who was she to judge? She used to sleep around too, before she met him. She can't blame P anyways. She somehow... Died? So, of course he can have the privilege (is that right to say? He's a god) to move on. Though it stinks but that's how life goes. Gods live for millennia and millennia. Mortals could only live up to their century (if they're lucky enough) and Wicans are... Still confusing with their lives.
Who was she to think of a god about his infidelity? P could have been lonely. And besides--
Jane peeked at Poseidon's two sons who were with them right now, one looked too much like Poseidon, he could have been his twin. And the other is adorable with his single eye. If she can, she would adopt them. Beg their mother if she must. 'Cause they looked like mischief and trouble. And she loves that mixed.
-- And besides, Poseidon makes some gorgeous babes.
Hermione signed to Harry, and the boy blinked at her confused. Hermione discreetly points at his mother and father back and forth and then at the screen. And only then he realizes what she tries to relay to him.
"Mum," he called to Jane which the woman gave in immediately.
"Yes, my mini Prongs?" She gave him that beautiful grin she always wore.
Harry gulped and softly tried to explain, "Whatever happens in this movie, you must understand that we did it for a reason and we avoided some threats. And it's in the past now."
"Threats?" Poseidon sat straighter and worriedly looked at his son. He can't have that, he already have gray hairs because of the quests and troubles that Percy and Tyson always got themselves in, Harry can't possibly be more magnetic in danger than the two, is he?
