Nightmare Coming to Life

A Dream or Reality?

Mya looked at her watch ,hearing the sound of the police sirens.If nothing happened in the next ten minutes she thought to get out and investigate. In great excitement,she switched on her transistor and waited as patiently as she could. Listening through the transistor , she could hear the policeman trying to make sense of the situation. A man had been found stabbed in the stomach in the alleyway and he was surrounded by blood.

Hearing this Mya felt curious and scared , As her curiosity grew she came to know that the man had left a sucide note but why would he take his own life by STABBING himself in the stomach.

Her curiosity was killing her and she decided to get out of her hiding spot in the alleyway. She got out and joined the crowd that had gathered to see what was going on. Mya saw the man's family crying as his body was being taken away. Suddenly a rumble could be felt by Mya ,she shifted her gaze to see a little girl standing in front of her she had a weird aura . She smiled toward Mya , not knowing what to do Mya gave her an awkward smile back.

As Mya shifted her gaze back to the scene everything.....even the people had paused ,it was like they were stuck in time. She turned around and saw that the weird girl had disappeared.
Another rumble was felt by Mya leaving her in a slightly scared state....In a blink of a eye the scene shifted completely.

Mya found herself in a playground. She saw thousands of kids playing, as she walked around she got creeped out. Each kid had something weird about them. One boy had a scar on his face while one girl was covered in blood and her friend held a knife in her hand covered with blood.

The amusing thing was that there was not a single parent in the park in he park suddenly the same policemen that Mya saw near the suicide case arrested the girl with a knife in her hand.

Mya was shocked and curious at the same time, she went and stopped the policemen and asked them the reason for arresting the little girl.

The response was a low stammering one. They said " it was hi..s..ss or.d...ee..r". Before Mya could ask more she felt the earth rumble and everything turned to black.

The next time she woke up in a room fully painted white and it felt like, she had been stabbed in her leg After she gained a little information about her surroundings she realised she was handcuffed and her mouth was taped.

Mya was terrified. The next second a hooded man entered the room and tried to choke her . He said something in a strong but low voice, "You have to die, you know too much"

Hearing this everything turned to black after a few minutes Mya woke up in her own bed safe. She was relieved to know it was all a dream. She sat up in her bed and tried to calm herself,though it was a dream it felt pretty real to her. She walked up to the kitchen and got a glass of water.

As Mya drank the water she felt something behind her,she heard the same low voice ,"You think you can escape just because you woke up".
