Ever since Elementary school Stan and Kyle made an effort to seem like parental figures to Kenny to make up for his shitty parents, which resulted in Kenny calling Kyle "papa" and Stan "Dad" and when he tells people he's gonna ask his parents he means Stan and Kyle, Stan and Kyle love Kenny like a son because of this and Stan also does it to make sure he doesn't act like his shitty father, they even go as far as treating Karen as their own whenever Kenny brings her around to the point Karen even started calling them Papa and Dad

Craig and Tweek also seem like parental figures to Clyde, when Clyde's father found out about it he was ok with it since his son didn't really have 2 parents since Clyde's mother uhm you know what happens <3, Clyde calls Tweek "mommy" for the fun of it and Craig "Daddy", again for the fun of it, when he asks his parents he really just asks Creek if he can go somewhere

Bebe and Wendy are like parental figures to Butters, he calls Wendy, "Mama" Sometimes and Bebe "Mom" it will randomly come out, but when Butters's parents found out it resulted in an argument with Bebe and Mr. Stotch because well, isn't it obvious? Bendy are better parents than those 2 will ever be💀 when he asks his parents he really just asks Bendy if he can go somewhere
