"I have never had a man in this bed before," I murmur to Sean. I continue to trace his hand with my finger-- trailing my soft pads over the hard calluses along his palm.
"I never let men sleep over either," I add. The morning is quiet except for the sound of the rain dripping from the apartment's eaves.
He turns his head on the pillow and his eyes search my profile. He continues to hold his hand up so I can lightly draw along his palm with my fingers. He closes his hand over mine, capturing my fingers in his warm grasp.
I lift my chin to meet his gaze and his dark eyes are kind.
"Safety?" he asks quietly.
I nod and he squeezes my hand tighter.
We are silent again. He begins to rub his thumb along my wrist bone.
"You can tell me, Jen," he murmurs. His voice is deep and hesitant.
I shake my head, "I really don't like to talk about my past." I turn on my side and place my hand on his chest. "But it means a lot to me that you are willing to listen."
He takes my hand and kisses the back of it then wraps his arm around me, nestling me into his side. "I like that you feel safe enough to have me stay over and be in your bed," he murmurs against my hair.
I lean on my elbow and look down at his chiseled features, his hair is long and spread out across my pillows. I am grateful that he doesn't make a joke of this and knows when to be serious.
I lean down and kiss him then whisper against his lips, "because I know I could take you."
He chuckles and says, "Those are fightin' words." Then flips me over on my back pinning my arms above my head then makes a "woooo" sound imitating Ric Flair.
I laugh and say, "Okay, Nature Boy," and wrap my legs around him as he begins to grow hard against my stomach. He continues to hold my wrists above my head with one hand and his other runs down my side. His eyes are hot as they feast on my figure. He takes his hard dick in his hand then slowly enters me. I look up into his eyes, hoping he realizes the amount of trust this position requires of me: his hands holding me down and him controlling the entire experience.
His eyes meet mine and I know he understands.

"So is it the club or the shop today?" Sean asks as he walks into my kitchen buttoning his flannel. He is wearing ripped blue jeans and his feet are bare.
I hand him one of the muffins I had baked earlier and say, "It's Thursday so the club."
He nods and takes a bite of the muffin.
I can tell he wants to say something to me but he decides not to. He shoves his other hand into his pocket and leans against my kitchen counter.
"What time are you off tonight?" He asks while looking down at the muffin, not raising his eyes to meet mine.
"You mean tomorrow morning?" I ask and wait to see if his eyes will sparkle with humor. He looks up at me and they are serious.
"Jen, I..." He starts then shakes his head. My stomach flips and I know he is going to tell me that he can't be with a stripper. That my job embarrasses him and he never wants to see me again.
I pull my shoulders back and square my chin at him. I'm ready for a fight. I'm ready to tell him to get the fuck out and never come back.
He sighs and says, "Jen, I really like you and I worry about your safety at that place."
