Dan's Pov
"Y-you what?"

"God damn it I care about you Daniel Howell! I want you to tell me what's wrong!"

"I can't Phil.."

Phil studied my face for a while as if he was trying to see my thoughts. Suddenly his eyes lit up in realisation.

"Is it because I caught you watching gay porn last week?" Phil asked.

"WHAT? YOU BLOODY WHAT?"

"NOTHING I DIDN'T CATCH YOU DOING ANYTHING!"

My eyes started welling up. Wait why am I crying? I turn my back on Phil.

"Well I'm not gay" I mumble

"Dan are you crying?"

"No it's my hay fever"

Phil started to laugh

"C'mon Dan that may have worked for Tracy Beaker but not me"
He put his hand on my shoulder

I know I need to tell him. Not that I love him but just that I'm bi. I can't tell him my true feelings just yet.
I turn around and face Phil, wiping a stray tear from my eye.

"Ok Phil I'm not gay, but I am bi."

"Is that literally it? You where about to have an existential crisis because you didn't want to tell me you're bi?"

"You d-don't hate me Philly?"

"No Danny how could I you're my best friend, my bff, my ride or die, you dizzle my nizzle my little dancakes"

"Please not the last one" I laugh uncontrollably "DAN CAKES oh my god Phil I can't even"

"Dan you should've told me earlier I don't give a shit if you're bi or even if you where secretly a fucking unicorn!"

"Gasp! Phillip Michael Lester was that a bad word?! You naughty boy!"

"Shut up Dan!" Phil pulled me close. We hugged for what seemed like an eternity but even that wasn't enough. I could smell his Lynx body spray mixed with his vanilla scented shampoo.

"Very manly choice of shampoo" I muffle into his shoulder.
Phil didn't say anything he just continued to embrace me.

"Dan sometimes I watch gay porn too"

I sprung away from him.
"Y-you what? You really didn't need to tell me that. Um I don't need to know that.."
