Shouta Aizawa: An Old Friend or More

The reader is an old friend of his that is in his opinion the best gymnastic expert to help the students with their Flexibility (which will help the students with reaction time) and being light on their feet and the kids come up with a plan to get them together after noticing how they look at each other.

Y/N POV:  

           I'm practicing my gymnastic skills when I get a call from Nezu I answer the phone and say," hello, Nezu how are you and why are you calling me." Nezu laughs and replies," hello, Y/N I'm doing good and I'm calling you because I'd like to offer you a job working at UA to help the students with their flexibility and their reaction time and also help them with being light on their feet, how does that sound?" I reply," That sounds good, I would like to work at UA with you and I wouldn't mind teaching them about flexibility, when do I start?" He replies," You start on Monday and by the way are you aware about the dorms you will need to move into the teacher dorms as well."  I reply," Yes I am aware of the dorms, so I'll be all packed up and ready to move in by Monday, can you send someone to my house to help me move my stuff into the dorms." He says," Yeah, I will send Hizashi Yamada over to your house and your dorm is next to Aizawa's dorm."  After I hang up, I start packing right away and I haven't seen Hizashi and Shouta in so long I can't wait to see them again. A few days pass and it's Sunday and Today Hizashi will arrive soon to help me move my stuff to the Teachers Dorm.                                                                                                       I hear a knock at my door, and I answer it a see that it's both Hizashi and Shouta, I open the door and instantly Hizashi pulls me into a hug and says," I missed you when did you come back to Japan." I reply," I missed both of you too and only a few weeks and I go the call from Nezu about working at UA." I pull Shouta into a hug, and we just stay standing there in each other's warm embrace. After a while Hizashi clears his throat and I let them in, and we start putting my things in the cars that they have brought and then I grab my suitcases and we head off towards the UA teacher dorms. After we arrive, I see Nezu standing there at the gate waiting for us to arrive, he hands me my teacher Id.                                                                                                                                    After unpacking I hear a knock on the door, I open it and see that it's Shouta and he says," I teach class 1-A tomorrow you will be meeting my class, but I wanted you to also meet Eri." He steps to the side, and I see a little girl with a horn with pale blue-grey hair and red eyes. She waves at me shyly and says," Hello, I'm Eri, it's nice to meet you." I shake her hand and she smile at me, Shouta says," she was rescued months ago and now she stays here; I was wondering if you help me out since I've been watching her." I nod and say," of course I will help you, you know I really missed you a lot." Before he can speak Eri says," can we go and see Mr. Deku now, do think that she would like to meet him." He looks at me and says," would you like to me the class early." I nod my head and say," sure I don't mind."  The three of us head over to the Class 1-A student dorms as soon as we enter the building, I see a kid with green hair and freckles walk towards us. A couple of minutes later a kid with blonde spikey hair and red eyes points at me and says," Who is she, is she a new teacher or something." Shouta replies," class this is your new teacher she is a gymnastic expert to help you guys with your Flexibility (which will help the students with reaction time) and being light on your feet, these two are my problem children the blonde haired one Bakugo and the green haired one is Midoriya or Deku."  I nod my head and smile at the class and say," it's nice to meet you all."                                                                                                               The next morning, I get dressed and follow Shouta to his classroom, we were talking and laughing the entire walk into the classroom completely unaware that the class was watching us. I stand to the side as Shouta says," Get dressed in your gym uniforms and meet us at the gym." Shouta and I head to gym, and I see that the whole floor is covered with gymnastic mats and gymnastic equipment, I decide to start practicing while we wait for the class to arrive.  While I was practicing, I didn't know that the whole class had just arrived and was watching me practice, suddenly I hear clapping I lose my balance and fall right into Shouta's arms and after he set me back on the ground. I say," Class next time you see me or anyone else practicing don't clap it will startle them and cause them to lose balance." They all nod their heads and I show them a basic gymnastic move after having them stretch then one by one they try the gymnastic moves I just showed them, next we worked on speed and then reaction time while everyone else practices the moves I call Kirishima, Bakugo, Deku and Todoroki to help them with their speed and agility.  I showed the four boys what stretches to do to help them out better and I gave them some small weights for them to run with to help them with their speed since they all need speed training especially Kirishima. I had them run laps with the weights attached to their ankles, after they finished their laps, they walked back up to me and I said," How are you boys doing with the weights, you can hold on to them and keep them on you and when you get use to them more let me know and I will give you slightly heavier weights."
